God permeates the whole wide world.
Yet His truth is revealed to none.
You better seek Him in yourself.
You and He aren't apart-you're one.

The other world lies beyond sight.
Here on earth we must live upright.
Exile is torment, pain, and blight.
No one comes back once he is gone.

Come, let us all be friends for once,
Let us make life easy on us,
Let us be lovers and loved ones,
The earth shall be left to no one.

To you, what Yunus says is clear,
Its meaning is in your heart's ear:
We should all live the good life here,
Because nobody will live on. 🔰📸 cred @krigentile

Smiling because I get to go home to California this weekend! The desert is cool and all... but I belong by the ocean! 🧜‍♀️🌊 .

This is a great ball control drill. Start with the ball between your legs and both hands on the ball ( Right hand on the front of the ball over your right leg and left hand on the back of the ball behind your left leg ). As fast as you can ( and without letting the ball touch the floor ) switch your right hand from front the front of your right leg to the back and your left hand from the back of your left leg to the front while catching the ball simultaneously with both hands. Try to continuously go as fast as you can without dropping the ball. 🔰

This is very basic footwork that needs to be perfected because its used very often in playing situations. Spin the ball to yourself and quick jump into a 2 foot soft landing while catching the ball with a strong base. Jump up and shoot the lay-up high off the glass. 🔰

Mark off 8 to 10 feet on the court with chairs or cones. If you don't have markers, rule of thumb is to execute 2 to 3 slides before changing direction. Try to get as many as you can in 30 seconds. 🔰

Just moved into our new place this weekend! Get ready for lots of interior decor spam. Also, I’m not sure why we look so serious in this pic. We’re excited I swear 😂

Moving to a new state is the best excuse to stuff your face and explore new restaurants. #utmseats
