One of my favorite things about building Sober Girls HD is watching women come together, make friends, try new things, and just have FUN together 🥹💗 this is a place where you can show up as yourself meet new girls and feel like you belong. We’re just getting started, and I can’t wait for what’s ahead for this community! Next up … we’re taking over Playhaus Studio on October 24th for ANYTHING BUT GYM CLOTHES! We’re getting dressed up, dancing, twerking, and letting that inner freak flag fly 😂💃🏼 You coming?! #sobergirlshd #playhausstudio

If you missed our last one, now is your chance because we’re doing ROUND 2! October 24 at PlayHaus Studio and this one is going to be so much fun.
Think dance cardio, hip-hop, dancehall + twerk but the whole point is to show up in anything BUT gym clothes.
Come in your prom dress. Come in your pajamas. Come dressed like your granny. Wear your Halloween costume.
Show up as an inflatable dinosaur. Or come in a paper bag. I really don’t care 😂 The crazier the better because we’re also doing a Best Dressed competition!
We’ll be dancing, sweating, laughing, taking pics, doing raffle giveaways and just having a good time with the girls.
If you missed the last one, don’t miss this one too because then you’re gonna have serious FOMO.
Let’s pack out PlayHaus again!! Grab your ticket through the link in my bio and come shake that booty with us! 💃🏽

This is your sign to stop saying “I’ll come to the next one.” August 22 is Girls Just Wanna Dance and it’s going to be a whole vibe. Good music. Good workout. Good girls. Zero alcohol. Come shake your booty, meet new friends, and leave feeling better than when you walked in. We’ve already got 11 girls signed up, so don’t be the one watching everyone’s stories wishing you came.

Spots are limited. Grab your ticket through the link in my bio.

Warning. You might leave this event with sore legs and new best friends. #PlayHausStudio #GirlsWorkout #WomensCommunity #SoberGirlsHD #SoberSaturday
