Insomniac’s Wolverine is an absolute masterpiece—the best adaptation of the character in media so far! 🤫🎮First off, I’m so glad I avoided the reviews before playing because the critics were completely wrong. The online reception was straight-up negativity, but Insomniac got the combat absolutely perfect. The gore is brutal with every single slash, and even getting beaten up looks incredibly cool. Berserker Rage had me screaming the entire time, and having fighting game mechanics like the Tiger Knee and V-Trigger felt godlike! 🩸🔥Insomniac deserves so much credit for the little details. Hearing the distinct sound difference between the bone claws and the adamantium claws is beautiful, and I was elated when I finally unlocked the heated claws. The way the developers integrated all of Logan’s mutant powers is so clever. Jean Grey was also a dope addition to the story, but I won’t give anything away!Liam McIntyre captures a side of Wolverine we’ve never truly seen in the movies, embodying the broken man better than anyone else. From his raw growls to the aggressive way he pops his claws, I kept thinking, “That’s my Wolverine!” After spending over 30 hours with his performance, Marvel needs to cast him as Logan in the MCU ASAP. 🗣️The story is wild and beautifully X-Men coded. They put some deep cuts in there! The entire cast acted their asses off—not a single bad performance! They all deserve their flowers. I always love when writers remix classic character origins to put their own spin on the lore. I am incredibly excited to see what Insomniac does next… though I’m gonna need a trilogy out of them!Think for yourself and play for yourself! 💯👇 Drop a comment below: Have you played it yet? What’s your favorite suit or claw upgrade so far?...#Wolverine #InsomniacGames #XMen #Marvel #Gaming PS5
