The backstage room turned into a dance floor real quick 😂
No music playing… just us randomly moving, laughing, and doing what dancers do 💃🏾
☆Added the song after because the vibe deserved a soundtrack

Saturday morning I had the privilege of photographing the absolutely great @danceparadenyc and a picture of the amazing @ichooseclinton dance team performing at #42ndstreet which is in front of the grandstand on Astor Place between 3rd and 4th Avenues in the East Village of Manhattan for 40 seconds.
The parade which showcases 10,000 dancers and more than 150 dance styles, starts on 6th Avenue and West 17th Street, heads east on 8th Street take that 40 second pause in front of the grandstand then ends in Tompkins Square Park for the #DanceFest
Next year I'd love to see some of my #DMV come up and #DanceNYC
The reason for the delay in posting these photos is that I took over 11,000 photos now have the monumental task of going through them all.
Needless to say lots more to follow..

happy national girls and women in sports day! 🩰🏀

whether you are on the court, on stage, or working behind the scenes, you belong and you deserve to be celebrated.

grateful for every opportunity to coach my dancers, interact with young Mystics fans, and be in community with others. what a gift it is to share my love for sports with our athletes and encourage them to reach for their dreams.

We’ve stayed in some beautiful Airbnbs over the years. But RV life caught me off guard in the best way.

It’s the freedom.
The space.
The way my kids can just be — flipping, biking, exploring —

And honestly… that might be my favorite part of this whole RV adventure so far.
