Alchemy Of Being ꩜
Some moments that beautifully capture the spirit of this retreat. A week that truly embodied the process of alchemising, the power of being held in sisterhood and softening into presence + experiencing the undeniable magic of Sri Lanka.

What a beautiful way to begin 2026. The biggest love to all the women that went on the journey with us. ❤️‍🔥

A deep bow to each of you, for the inspiring way you’ve shown up through this training. Your humility, honesty, courage, commitment, grace, reverence, and lightness have been a gift to witness.

That final shading circle was extraordinary. The depth of heart-led wisdom you expressed was nothing short of phenomenal. Tears to our eyes! You are ready.

This is not an ending, it’s a sacred beginning…

With boundless love,

Cass & Marcus

Graduated again with these beautiful big hearted humans Cass & Marcus @the.sattva.life - but got to do it in person this time 🙌🏻🙌🏻🙌🏻… and then meet some of the sweetest coolest humans ever whom I studied with 💛

Sattva Himalayan Breathwork & Kryia Facilitator 300+ hour training all done, off to India in 4 days to go to @the.sattva.life can’t wait!!!

Very grateful for all you offer, and modeling you do in your teaching Marcus and Cass. 🙏🏻

I can’t wait to start creating & sharing all my new learnings. It is funny when I did this course last year with Marcus and Cass I did not really have any idea about all that was involved, I am so grateful I listened to my heart that day when I signed up. I fricken love it!!!
So grateful for these practices and wisdom that help me simplify my mind and energetic landscape, supporting me to keep on leaning into life, soften the ego and cynic in me, & reminds me daily through my doing of my practice 🌀that everything is possible no matter our age.

Adventures in Opshopland - the Cremorne Edition. 💄 Tucked down a side street opposite the @haydenorpheumpicturepalace is a total treasurebox: @lifelinecremorne is a Lifeline charity shop dedicated to #vintageclothing 👗 Here, textiles expert, stylist & all round awesome fashion character Annie @shoes2diefor sources incredible donations (including Art Deco dresses & 1960s cocktail frocks) dashing all over town to pick up deceased estates as well as wardrobe clearouts. She also dispenses golden advice. Sydney-siders, run don’t walk 💃🏻💋

Golden moments from Thursday’s live podcast event with @jogambale & @bellstreet from @questioningfashionpodcast 🎧🎤
Thank you to everyone who came to share stories, ace wine from @lisamcguiganwines & genius vintage book/clothing store @grand_days

Jo & Ali have been so kind & enthusiastic about #wearnextbook - accepting my challenge, starting with the seemingly innocuous (but secretly powerful!) invitation, Complete this sentence: “The future of fashion will be…” to make it your own.

When you do that it becomes a new story, your story, taking turns you decide on & flourishing as a big beautiful community whole in all kinds of new directions that have nothing to do with me. That was the idea anyway, & these last few months travelling & doing events with the book have a) proved it worked! And b) been so inspiring. I will post next week about a similarly energising get-together we had in Newcastle with @highteawithmrswoo (that one turned into them coming on #wardrobecrisispodcast to tell their story). I love this community & how many rad women it attracts.

So this is a reminder to all you fashion change-makers, to reach out to someone today who gets it - activism (esp in small biz) can feel lonely & overwhelming at times. Encouraging each other makes life sweeter.

PS I’m giving a talk at @australiandesigncentre in Sydney on Wednesday if you fancy it or have yet to get your mitts on a book. Link in bio.
