There’s a particular kind of luxury in a room that completely envelops you. Deep aubergine, rich wool plaid, warm woods and vintage lighting set the mood, while performance fabrics and an outdoor-rated sisal-look rug make it work beautifully for the family of five who lives here—because every room we design is tailored to both how our clients live and how they want their homes to feel. When we initially started shooting I kept holding my dog Daisy so she wouldn’t run into the frame but then we decided to let her roam around freely and soon enough little Daisy became the Star of our Shoot 🐶

Designer Meri Goldstein’s (@marycherryy of @infiniteinteriorsny) apartment is in the heart of New York City, in the center of one of its most energetic neighborhoods. “It’s in SoHo, one of New York’s top addresses for celebrity spotting, the restaurant scene, nightlife, and shopping. It’s young, vibrant, and the place to be to see and be seen,” she tells us. “What I love most about my area is that there’s never a dull moment. There is always something happening, whether it’s a new restaurant, a bar, or a gallery night—there is always plenty to do.”

Inside, Meri wanted the energy to continue, envisioning a bold, artistic aesthetic. “Usually when I design spaces for my clients, I have to follow certain guidelines based on what they like,” Meri shares. “In my own space, though, I was fully free to give my creativity room to run, and I wanted every space to feel different from the next.”
