Here’s a glimpse of how we keep one of the top 🏐recruits in Texas @grace_pinegar in elite form this off season!

Grace is preparing to have a huge senior season for Flower Mound HS before joining @cubuffsvb in 2027.

We’ve worked to improve her overall athleticism, coordination, strength, and her mental fortitude. All of this while making sure she remains healthy, and available to perform at her best.

Be on the lookout for more progress updates! Keep killing it, Grace 👏#Youngesportsperformance

Strength & Conditioning is essential for all athletes. It’s well established that stronger athletes run faster, jump higher, change directions quicker (due to improved braking force), and most importantly are more resistant to injury.

Come get in a session with us before the summer is over! #youngesportsperformance

In preparation for our summer programs, we spent the last week testing some 1 rep maxes. There were over a dozen LIFETIME PR’s from the athletes. 👏

Being consistent is challenging & demanding, but the reward of the positive results outweighs the hardship.

The last 90 days have been amazing. The standard has been set, and we are prepped for an electric summer full of growth. 📈⚡️
