@foodshownz is ON in Auckland right now (23–26 July, Auckland Showgrounds) — NZ's biggest food & drink celebration, with 250+ exhibitors and celebrity chefs live in the Cooking Theatre 👀
I spent the day walking every aisle so you don't have to, and the health & wellbeing scene this year genuinely surprised me.
Turns out I found these brands here too 👇 swipe through for what's worth adding to your routine (and the show-only discounts while they last) 🌿✨
If you're in Auckland this weekend, go. Your gut will thank you.

The Auckland @foodshownz is now on until Sun, and there’s a huge variety on showcase this year!

We tried so many delicious samples today and came across so many brands and products we’ve never seen or heard of before, sampling before buying is great, and best of all lots of discounted show only deal 💛

Best deals:

@egmont_honey pure Honey 500g, 2 for $10
Eg free range eggs 20 for $12 or 2 for $22!!
@mollywoppynz Cookies 2 for $12
Korean cheesy noodles 4 for $10

Honestly there was a lot and something for everyone and every taste bud. At the end of our visit, we grabbed one of the Mazda shuttles back to our car. Free parking in Cornwall park 💛

Molly was at daycare today, so what better way to spend the day than at the Auckland Food Show with my girls. 🤍

We’ve been coming for about seven years now, and it’s become a bit of a tradition! So many incredible brands, delicious food, and plenty of goodies to bring home. Here’s a little what’s in my bag from today’s haul! ✨
