Very Proud Coach & even more a Super Proud Dad at @napiarsaigh_hive_academy Mini All Irelands u5/6s my Galway team all gave a mighty effort & Lua who only started training 4 months ago scored 5 goals 💪🏼 even tho he was more concerned with getting ice cream after 😅🤣 also his Ju-jitsu training in @sbgcork has defo helped his strength on the ball etc 💪🏼 great to have my parents & sister @aoifemcc16 in attendance as GAA has always been such a huge part of our family. When I 1st moved up to the City @napiarsaighcorcaigh we’re county champions with so many intercounty stars so I’m proud we’re now part of such a historic club even tho I had few buddies from other Clubs try to persuade us to venture elsewhere 😅 in my gut it had to be Piarsaighs😜 Thanks everyone for making us all feel V welcome the last few months I’m sure many GAA clubs with me being so heavily tattooed etc I’d be getting some strange looks or the cold shoulder 😅🤣 but everyone from the start here has been so welcoming to us all & now recently becoming a qualified coach etc I’m excited to see what the future brings for both my 2 sons

Red Raw podcast live from Cork Opera House… Here is a look back on a magical night. 🎙️

A big thank you also to Dayl and Leah and all the wonderful dancers at @daylcronindanceacademy who didn’t even bat an eyelid when they had to dance around couches.

Gang I am back from London and I have all this built up emotion from Saturday night that I just need to fire into words or I am liable to burst into tears for no reason.

Making a live show is a labour of love but everyone surrounding you has to love it as well for it to work.

On Saturday we were surrounded by love. Every guest on that stage opened up a little piece of their hearts to us. It means so much to us that our listeners came to see us and the whole show was all for ye, a great big thank you for listening to us. The show was like a great big thank you hug and it was so joyous to get to meet so many of ye.

Our children stole the show I think but it was so important to have the loves of our lives on stage. Shane and Marian love us enough to come onto that stage when really they would have prefered to be in the audience 🤣🤣🤣 and we were so glad to have them with us.

Fergal D'arcy is our hero and would literally move heaven and earth for us.

Marty, Sharlene, Seán Óg and George just brought something so special out in each other and it felt like we were all besties in the end. Georges singing has my emotions all churned up and I cant stop thinking about his beautiful performance.

Not to mind Dayl and Leah and the wonderful dancers who didn''t even bat an eyelid when they had to dance around couches.

There is such joy onstage when you feel happy and safe and when I look across at my lovely bold pal Robert I know I am in safe hands and that craic is about to be unleashed. What a bloody blessing. Red Raw has brought me more happiness than I can even explain. Getting a grip now but CHRIST you'd be emotional over the loveliness of it all.
