Don’t miss the little moments because you were caught up in the chaos.

The last few months of the year always go the fastest.

One minute it’s October. Then it’s work wrap-ups, Christmas lists, end-of-year everything, and suddenly you’re standing on New Year’s Eve wondering where it all went.

So we’re slowing it down before it speeds up.

Calm Before the Chaos with Nikki is three hours of longer, slower, more intentional practice. It’s the kind that gives your nervous system an actual break, not just one more thing ticked off the list. If you’ve been running on fumes, this one’s for you. If you haven’t, come anyway and bank it early.

Saturday 7 November · 3-6pm

Trust us, you won’t want to miss this…or the days that follow.

December has a way of arriving all at once. Work wraps up, the calendar fills, and your nervous system takes the hit before you’ve noticed.

This is your chance to get ahead of it.

Join Nikki in November to set a slower rhythm, a deliberate practice designed to settle you before the season speeds up: gentle movement, breath work, and long restorative holds.

No rushing, no achieving, no productivity required.

Just tools that help your body downshift, and that you can take with you into the busy season ahead.

Saturday November 7
3-6pm

Wild concept: ask people what they want, then actually do it. Groundbreaking stuff, we know.

75 survey responses.
Real attendance numbers.
What our teachers can actually teach around.
That’s what built the three schedules now up on the wall - not whatever was easiest for us to run.

We do things different at Roam. That means we don’t just say we care what you think - we build a schedule around it and then hand you the final say anyway.

You vote, majority wins. That’s it. Voting closes Sept 18- whichever schedule wins becomes Block 18, launching September 21.

Your studio. Your call. Obviously.

(P.s. huge thanks to all of you that did share your opinion, so much more to launch and share from that feedback, so stay tuned)

This isn’t a random class schedule.

It’s a system.
Every class has a job to do — some build strength, some build range, some let your body catch up. This isn’t built around convenience or who’s free to teach — it’s built around what your body actually needs, in order.

That’s Block 17, starting now. Four weeks, each class building on the last, so by the end you’re not just tired — you’re stronger, more mobile, more capable than when you started.

Swipe through to find where you start.

Trying yoga for the first time can be scaryyyyy…

Trust us, we get it. It’s why we’ve tried so hard to dismantle those moments that can feel so intimidating when you step in to your first yoga studio. Here are some things we do to ease the intimidation factor…

1. We use real language you can understand or relate to.
2. We have an open plan space, which means no heart pounding moment you have to step into a room of quiet meditating strangers.
3. And speaking of quiet and strangers…there’s chatter and a room of curious people there to do yoga but equally get to know the person their downdogging next to .
4. Plus, we throw on some pumping tunes…jams to take the edge off.

But despite our greatest efforts, sometimes it’s nice to hear a bit of motivation from the very teachers who will guide you on the mat.

July. Wow. So good it deserves its own square.

246 unique people through the doors. Nearly double the new faces from June. Every single weekend had an event — Solo Girls Run Club, Exhale with Nikki, private sessions, and we launched Lift & Flow.

The numbers are cool. But that’s not really the point.

Sunrises. Studio buzz. Coffee in Roam cups. Art going up on the walls. New faces becoming familiar ones.

We moved.
We slowed down.
We launched things.
We hosted.
We did all of it together.

To say July was a big month is an understatement.
August…let’s go.

The dream team captured between their two personalities.

First pic: what we look like on the website.
Second pic: what we’re actually like.

A bunch of fun, light-hearted humans who love yoga and just so happen to be some of the best in the industry. I’m not sure how that would actually be judged, but as their colleague, I can make that claim without hesitation.

But here’s what really matters:

It’s not just their combined 30+ years experience. It’s that when they show up, it’s really them. They don’t put on a show. They’re as authentic, caring, and goofy as they come.

Trust that you’re in safe hands guiding you around the mat. Trust that you get the real human standing at the front of the room. Not a performance. Not a persona. Just authentic, real, beautiful humans who happen to know their way around a downward dog.

This is why Roam works. We’re not trying to be anything we’re not.

The dream team really. How’d we get so lucky?

Time to get upside down.

It’s that time again. Block 16 just around the corner means we kick off with our Wednesday workshop. And back by popular demand…handstands.

Join @theralstonmethod Wednesday July 29th 6:15-7:45pm for an all-levels handstand workshop. Tap into her in depth knowledge on form, drills, skills, tips & tricks to finally build confidence kicking up or holding an inversion.

And don’t forget, every workshop is followed with 3 weeks of level 2 practice inspired by (in this case) handstands.

Sign ups are open - snatch your spot early!

Your nervous system does a lot of quiet work. The disrupted sleep, the busy mind, the low-level tension you’ve stopped noticing—that’s it carrying a load it doesn’t always get to put down.

Exhale is Nikki’s 2.5-hour retreat designed around exactly that.

Not a class. Not a workshop where you’re taking notes. An actual reset—through gentle movement, yin-inspired holds, breath education, and nervous system regulation practices backed by science. It closes with an extended heated stone savasana that encourages deeper diaphragmatic breathing and a genuine sense of ease in the body.

You’ll leave with practical tools you can actually use, and a body that’s had a chance to fully recover.

Saturday 18 July at Roam.
Spots are limited.

Link in bio to book.

If we could all slow down on our own, we would have by now.

Burnout rates are climbing. Anxiety has doubled. Nervous systems stuck in fight-or-flight. We’re not built to run on empty forever.

We think movement is important. Mobility and strength. But so is your mental health.

That’s why we offer ways to actually slow down:

July 10 — Still Point with Natalie Stettler
Move into Nidra. A sequence designed to help you rest deeply.

July 18 — Exhale with Nikki Ralston
A 2.5 hour mini retreat. Supportive postures, breathwork, and guided rest.

Plus Release & Restore and Saturday Regulate & Restore on the regular timetable.
