At some point in our healing, we have to stop treating becoming as a never-ending self-improvement project.

You can journal, go to therapy, regulate your nervous system, break the patterns, tend to the wounds & do the deep soul work—and I believe deeply in all of it.

But healing is also learning how to let life feel GOOD.
To receive. To create. To explore. To laugh until your stomach hurts. To be witnessed without performing or putting on a mask. To eat incredible food slowly. To honor your inner artist. To let your freak flag fly. To dance. To rest. To to cry. To feel afraid or uncomfortable sometimes & show up anyway, knowing your sisters have got you through & through.

We live in a culture that gives us endless opportunities to chase the next dopamine hit—the next goal, achievement, notification, purchase, milestone.

That’s cool, I genuinely love leveling up and checking off goals and so do my clients.

But after 15 years of working with women, I will forever encourage my clients to intentionally create more opportunities for pleasure, play & connection, too.

Oxytocin plays a crucial role in bonding, trust & social connection, and experiences like safe touch, affection & meaningful connection can support something so many high-achieving women are starving for: the ability to soften, receive & actually ENJOY the lives they’ve worked so hard to build.

Some of the women in this video I’ve had the privilege of serving individually for a decade. For the last 2+ years, they’ve also chosen to grow alongside one another.

They’ve moved through entirely different cycles & seasons of life in that time—and I’ve gotten to witness what happens when women have spaces where they don’t have to navigate all of that becoming alone.

Soul work.
Sisterhood.
Spirituality.
Somatics.
Self care.
Shadow work.
For every cycle & season of life.

That’s Solstice Holistic 🪷✨

We cannot heal our way into a life we never actually let ourselves embrace and genuinely enjoy.

Peace. Passion. Purpose. Pleasure. Play.
I call them my 5 P’s for a reason.
The deep work matters.

But so does THIS. 🥹❤️‍🔥☕️🗣️🍃🪿✨👯‍♀️🪩🍦
