Yesterday was a movie and I’m honestly struggling with putting everything into words! Like where do I even start 😱

So much planning bts, so much hard work poured into all the things leading up to yesterday. Sleep has been deprived, work ethics rose to the top and carried me, to God placing THE RIGHT PEOPLE IN MY LIFE to help me see the vision I had for this years premiere all the way to the finish line. I’m grateful ✨ thank you to my team behind the scenes. @kneishax you were amazing and to the rest of the team, you held it down from start to finish. To my set up crew, whewwwwww it was so beautiful. I’m impressed!

To the host @jddiva and @minalolifestyle thank you both! You both did amazing! I’ve had such great feedback already ❤️

Now to my cast and crew….I get a little emotional about yall! I say this all the time, but yall are heaven sent! You saved me and I mean that.

You were placed in my life at the right time and I’m beyond grateful to have each and every one of you. The family bond we’ve built is not for show, IT IS REAL! We’ve poured our hearts into @hopelessromantic_theseries season 2 and cannot wait for the world to see it. Thank you crew, @iampenna @the_overweight_ostrich @the_overweight_ostrich @deliciososszn @abrieltee_ @the_chateaubreyon you all were amazing beyond words! I couldn’t have asked for better! To my cast, too many to tag here but yall know who yall are. It’s only up from here, I see great things for all of you. You did superb on that big screen. Thank you for allowing us to stretch you this season. It reflected so well on screen.

I wanted to give individual thanks but ig said my caption was too long. 🙄

God you continue to blow my mind and yesterday was on another level! Thank you to everyone that came out. We had a packed house and beautiful energy in the room. Thank you to my family for always supporting me. ❤️ The love was absolutely reciprocated by everyone and I can’t ask for any more.

JUST THANK YOU GOD ✨✨✨

Being good at what you do is one thing. Running a successful business is another.🎙️

On this episode of @onsetwithsamantha, I'm sitting down with business strategist @thefoalexander to talk about something I think more creatives and entrepreneurs need to pay attention to: the systems behind the business.

We get into why talent alone isn't enough, how your client experience impacts what people are willing to pay, and why you can't just call your business “luxury” without delivering an experience to match.

We also talk about automation, knowing when to outsource, protecting your reputation, and building a business that doesn't require you to do everything yourself.

After nearly 20 years in business, I can tell you that these things matter just as much as the work we create.

If you're a photographer, creative, or service-based business owner, this is a conversation worth watching.

Shout out to @rickyvision @therealaway and other brothers for doing such great work in the community. Most of all assisting with teaching the youth how to shoot a movie instead of a gun.

Stop competing on price.

Luxury clients aren’t just asking “how much?”
They’re asking: “Can I trust you with this level of responsibility?”

And that changes everything.

In my latest episode of @onsetwithsamantha, I break down the real reason high-end clients book and it has nothing to do with your camera or your pricing.

If you’ve been feeling like you’re constantly justifying your rates… this is the shift you need.
