Clients, tea, laptop… and about 10 other things I’m probably working on at the same time 😂✨🫖

I’m always thinking about what I can add, change, or do better to keep the experience at @atouchofb_therapy elevated. So when I have a little downtime between clients, nine times out of ten, I’m somewhere working on the next idea.

The massage is just the part y’all get to see.☺️

BALTIMORE CITY SCHOOLS 📣📚✨

This 2026–2027 school year calls for something special.

Now Introducing the “A Touch of B Wellness Pop-Up.”

This academic year, I’ll be gifting 2 Baltimore City schools a complimentary Wellness Day.

School environments can carry a lot; from learning, emotions, long days and everyday stress. So I want to bring wellness into that space too, creating an opportunity for teachers and staff to slow down, reset and have someone pour back into them.

Alittle calm can go a long way.

Tag a Baltimore City school below that you think would enjoy this special treat! ⤵️

What proper support looks like during a prenatal massage 🤰🏽💛🌱

• Side-lying: Keeps pressure off the growing belly while a full body pillow supports the legs, hips and body for more comfortable positioning.

• Supported / semi-reclined: Your upper back and head are supported with a wedge to avoid lying completely flat as baby grows.

Proper positioning is a big part of prenatal massage — the little details matter. 🌱

I say this with love; 🫢 if you’re only getting a massage once or twice a year, you’re starting over every single time.

Instead of waiting until you’re completely worn down, build a routine that supports you all month long.

⸻

That may look like coming in once a month. For others it may be every few weeks depending on their body, their stress levels, or how active they are.

The goal isn’t to be perfect but CONSISTENT✨💪🏾

Let’s build your routine!

Temporary relief feels good. Lasting relief takes intention.

This comes with an understanding that massage is more than a quick fix; but how you move, work, rest, and recover.

The goal isn’t just to feel better for a day but to create habits that support how your body feels long after you leave the table.

If you’ve been carrying tension for months or even years,
don’t expect your body to undo all of it in one session.
