Hi friends, family, and fans! VMI wrestling is doing their yearly campaign to raise funds for wrestling! We have been thrilled this year to watch Gideon compete and grow with a fantastic team and excellent coaching! VMI is not your standard college and this D1 program is part of a very rigorous academic and military training schedule in addition to wrestling! Please share this! Donate if you feel led but share away! https://vmi.imodules.com/s/1752/dg21/interior-alt.aspx?sid=1752&gid=2&pgid=5322&utm_source=coachlinks&utm_medium=p2p&utm_campaign=fy26ctw&utm_content=wrestling

The tears that fell during matriculation weekend have turned to smiles - so proud of this young man. Seeing him mature even in 8 weeks at the place he belongs - even though he’s far and that hurts, this mama is so relieved to see that he belongs here and is thriving - proof of life ❤️

We are super proud of Gideon - after a lot of prayer, coach conversations, and soul searching he has chosen to continue his college wrestling career at a VMI. His dream of wrestling at the D1 level and serving in our military are a perfect fit. We are immensely grateful to all of you who are a part of Gideon’s village .
