POSTS STORIES REELS TAGGED

With us, no one fights alone.

Today, our team joined my coach Ceaser, his fighters and friends at @ringside_mastery to spar, drill, work the bags and sharpen our skills on the mitts. Every level was welcomed, everyone stepped into the ring and everyone had the opportunity to grow.

Every person you see in these photos stepped between those ropes knowing they had an entire room behind them.

That’s what I’m most grateful for when we join forces with Ceaser. We gain more than experience, we become part of a community that supports one another inside and outside the ring. It’s the type of community that prays over eachother, checks in on family, asks for school and work updates, and a community that knows the names of the siblings, parents and friends of every boxer.

Boxing may be a solo sport, but it takes a village to build a champion at any level. I’m incredibly grateful that our village keeps growing. 🥊

This weekend I took the team out for hill sprints.

Sure, hills are a great way to build your engine. They challenge your heart, your lungs, and your legs. But as I watched everyone climb, I realized the hill wasn’t the hardest part.

What I was really watching was each person have a conversation with themselves.

Every athlete reached a point where quitting would’ve been easier. Where the discomfort started asking questions. Can I do one more? Can I go faster, or farther?

As a coach, those are the moments I care about most.

Because the strength we’re building isn’t just for Saturday morning workouts. It’s for the stressful work week. It’s for the hard conversations. It’s for the setbacks, the loss, the uncertainty, and the days when life feels like one long uphill climb.

Physical fitness is important. But if all we focus on is building stronger bodies, we’ve missed the opportunity to build stronger minds, resilience, and resolve.

My hope is that my team always chooses to face that hill, because they’ve learned what waits on the other side of it.

They know they have the strength, the resilience, and the grit to conquer it.

🇺🇸Hero Supply Drop Recap🇺🇸

First and foremost I have to extend my gratitude to everyone who sent in supplies for our troops. They poured in day after day to help support and show appreciation for the men and women who serve and protect our country.

Special thanks to the women who stood with me, and didn't hesitate to help deliver the drops, share the word and collect supplies. These badass women I would want next to me in war.

I have received messages from troops I didn't even meet thankful for the supplies, it was more than snacks and energy drinks; it was a reminder than people truly care.

It boosted morale, and gave them a little something nice to look forward to when the world seems so negative.

Thank you again to everyone who donated and made this possible! 🇺🇸

God made dogs without the ability to speak, so we could learn to show and receive love through action.

God also brought Daisy and Michael Welch into the lives of our veteran and first responder community with steadfast love and dedication through their organization @workingdogsforwarriors

I consider myself fortunate to witness their love and hard work manifest into the overflowing family of warriors, serving and helping our community thrive, mentally, emotionally and spiritually.

Thanks to my community, friends, supporters and fight fans, we were able to present them with a check today for $1,000 raised with the Claymore Fight Shirts.

I’m so honored to be a small part of the mission of these true champions. Tears of joy were shed today and quickly licked away by kisses from my four legged friend Bronx 🐾

I’d love to invite you all to their next event, the 2nd Annual Walk For Warriors June 29th, at Fontana Park.

We knew we could help, so we did.
And if you know me, I love turning ideas into reality 💪🏽

The vision was to provided essential items to our first responders working long hours, from all over the country to fight the wildfires and keep our communities safe. Our @warriorwomenintl team this morning gathered and distributed supplies to Sierra Madre EOC.

We have been blessed with enough for a few extra Hero Supply Drops throughout the week. On our list so far is FlintRidge Station 82, Vernon Station 52, and Cal-Fire Headquarters.

**Please DM me directly there are any fire, police, or National Guard deployed that need essentials please reach out to us!

I’m so thankful to everyone who dropped supplies at our donation locations, my doorsteps, or sent through Amazon or Zelle to help provide. I tried to tag you all.

We will never stop fighting to protect our families, community, and our first responders🥊
