Yesterday’s session in the park was more than yoga and sound, it was community. Strangers became family, hearts opened, and we remembered that love is the most powerful frequency we can share. On the anniversary of 9/11, and in light of the tragic assassination of Charlie Kirk, we are reminded that no matter what side of the political fence you’re on, no one’s life should be cut short because of their views. I left feeling full, grateful, and rooted in something greater than myself 🤎

Summer series part 1

June Recap

June feels like forever ago, but it really set the tone for the summer - that “fresh start” energy, slower mornings, late nights, and saying YES to new adventures. Looking back, June was the reminder I needed that not every beginning needs a plan. #flow

In honor of Men’s Mental Health Month, I brought the sound to the soul for our men—a sacred space carved out for Black men to rest, release, receive, and just be.

To every man who pulled up: I see you. I’m so proud of you. You chose you. You made space for your peace. You gave yourself permission to be soft, still, and safe.

That matters. You matter and you deserve a safe space to fall.

Thank you for allowing me to hold space and share energy with you. The exchange wasn’t just powerful—it was healing. I needed it too. When I dedicated my life to helping our people heal from generational trauma in 2023, this was my exact mission 🙏🏽

Big love to @shantepaige + @angelaswatts who understood the assignment and handpicked each man with heart and intention. You didn’t just organize—you anointed 🤎

Grateful beyond words for hosting my very first sound bath and officially becoming certified in sound healing! As nervous as I was, I knew growth required me to step into the unknown. There’s no right or wrong - just go for it!

To my true friends who showed up for me, your support means everything. I will cherish it forever and always ❤️

And to my teacher @ebony__yogi, you are a Godsend. Thank you for your guidance and wisdom 🙏🏽

Excited to share this healing journey with all. l’ll be hosting sound baths monthly! HMU to reserve your spot💕
