As we continue celebrating Clergy Appreciation Month, Moments of Blessings is honored to recognize the dedicated ministers and elders who faithfully serve this church.

Your service reaches into so many areas of ministry — from music and worship, to prayer, teaching, Christian education, outreach, encouragement, and countless acts of service that often happen behind the scenes.

Each of you brings your own gifts, experience, and heart for ministry, and together you help strengthen the spiritual life of Moments of Blessings and the people we are called to serve.

To every minister and elder on our roster: thank you for your faithfulness, your sacrifice, your prayers, your leadership, and your willingness to serve wherever you are needed.

We honor you, we appreciate you, and we thank God for you!

Happy Clergy Appreciation Month from Moments of Blessings!

What an amazing opportunity to share our story with a broader audience!

There’s more to James & Olevia than the music. We’re a brother and sister whose story has been shaped by a whole lot of life along the way.

Thank you, VoyageLA, for giving us the opportunity to share a little more of our journey.

So… who are James & Olevia?

Come meet the brother and sister behind the music. ❤️🎶

Earlier this summer, I took on the role of Duffy in Greater Boston Stage Company’s production of Annie. After years as a Young Company student, working on the MainStage was such a dream come true. I got to work with so many amazing artists and made so many friends. Annie cast and crew, I miss you guys so much, and I’ll never forget how much fun we had bringing this story to life.

Yes, it’s true! That’s really me on stage with the renowned Josh Groban!!! And yes… it’s also true that this incredible experience all started with a casual hallway conversation with my dear Angie Perry!

What’s also true is this: Angie is the gem who brought together our incredible group of singers to serve up those supporting vocals. Every single one of us in that vocal group was invited into that space because of her recommendations, the trust she has built through genuine relationships, and her leadership. I’m deeply grateful for that invitation and for the confidence she placed in us.

Moments like these remind me that while we may be gifted, trusted, and prepared to show up fully in excellence, it’s just as important to honor the people and pathways that open the doors. Gratitude keeps us grounded, and integrity keeps us ready for what’s next.

Thank you so much again, my Angie, for the invitation and for trusting me to be part of such a meaningful experience. Love you super muchos! ❤️

It was also such a joy reconnecting with music family: Tarigh Akoni (Josh Groban's music director and guitar extraordinaire), Danae Greenfield (piano maestra), Kaz Rodriguez (drummer phenomenon), and the great Michael Olatuja (yes... Michael 😊) on bass, just like my late dad, who also played bass. 💛

And the added blessing? Meeting, talking to, and grabbing a photo with Jennifer Hudson, who is truly one of the most genuinely sweet souls I’ve ever met.

Still smiling. Still grateful. Still in awe. 🙏🏽 #blessedandtrusted #integritymatters #allcalls #lifeisamazing
