You can't discuss the Ocean with a frog.
They only understand the pond.
Remember That.

1973 Chevy Caprice Classic looking WET! After several stages of professional paint correction, that classic paint came back to life with some serious depth, clarity, and gloss. Then I locked it all in with SystemX Ceramic Coating to protect that finish and keep it shining. Now check out the drone shoot and watch how crazy this Caprice looks from every angle. The reflection and gloss speak for themselves.

Quality over Quantity, Nothing less!

Every car I ceramic coat gets tested before it leaves my shop. I make sure that coating is working exactly how it's supposed to-no guessing, no shortcuts. That snake water effect gotta be ON POINT! When that water hits the paint, it better bead up and slide right off.

I stand behind my work and the products I use. Quality over Quantity, every single time.

Applying pressure one car at a time and making sure my reputation speaks through every single vehicle that leaves my shop. This '73 Caprice Classic came in with single-stage paint, and if you know, you KNOW how tricky single stage can be. But look at that finish now-you wouldn't even believe it's single stage with how deep, glossy, and WET that paint looks.

No shortcuts. No rushing the process. Just putting in the work and letting the results speak for themselves.

QUALITY OVER QUANTITY. Every single time!

Process of getting this '73 Caprice Classic ON POINT! Single-stage paint is a whole different animal. It takes patience, experience, and knowing exactly how far you can push it without compromising the paint. But when it's corrected the right way, the outcome is UNREAL. Bringing that old-school paint back to life one step at a time. The gloss, depth, and reflection are speaking for themselves!

Quality over Quantity. Nothing less!

The only way to get it done right is to get it in the air. Getting underneath allows me to see every angle, spot the imperfections you normally wouldn't catch, and make sure nothing gets overlooked. It's all about the details! If I'm doing it, I'm doing it the right no cutting corners!

Quality over Quantity!

🏡 I wasn’t always in real estate…

Before the sold signs, just listed posts, and closing tables, I spent 15 years in hospitality, managing wild events, meeting incredible people, and learning how to create an unforgettable experience.

During that chapter, I met the woman of my dreams, started a family, bought our first home, and fell in love with the home-buying process.

My wife also said I looked like a Property Brother, so clearly this career was meant to happen. 😂

Years later, I went from solo agent to building KB Premier Group, then brought my wife into the business and Spouses Selling Houses was born.

Now we’re proud to be recognized as a top producing South Florida real estate team, serving clients from the kitchen table to the closing table.

I’m Kyle Belanger - and this is just the beginning 🙌💪
