SALTY CREW X MAD BOYS FISHING:
‘LE SERPENT DU PONT NEUF 🐍’
* avaialable now ! *

We’ve hooked up with Mad Boys Fishing, the OG Parisian street fishing crew born out of the legendary graffiti crew Mad Boys. At its heart are Kirby & Nebar, two long-time friends who, after decades leaving their mark on the trains and Métro of Paris, found a new obsession in Street Fishing, bringing the same sense of gang mentality, exploration, irreverence and ‘No Kill’ politique to the hidden fishing spots of the city.

The collection draws on Kirby & Nebar’s almost 30-year friendship, their graffiti heritage and shared sense of humour. Cartoon illustrations inspired by Laurel & Hardy, The Simpsons and Beavis & Butt-Head follow the duo’s fishing adventures, while the collection’s central graphic takes inspiration from the urban legend of a mythical serpent said to live beneath the Seine, Its twisting body forms the letters MB, with a fishing hook in its open mouth, a nod to Salty Crew.

These graphics are interpreted by Kirby & Nebar’s childhood friend Mehdi Pinson, aka DVNO, DJ, producer, artist and long-time figure in the Paris creative scene. Drawing on decades of shared history, Mehdi brings the Mad Boys universe together with Salty Crew’s evolving All Water Outdoors world.

Mad Boys is a gang, Salty Crew is a crew. Different waters, but all about... fishing, adventure and having fun with your crew.

DVNO for Perfume
