I continue to be grateful to Dr. Bernd Gottinger, John Caruso and the talented students in @fredoniamusic ‘s SRT program for their excellent work on the live-streaming. During a semester with a schedule like this one, it’s a huge help to have this option. @liz_hanlon_ crushed John Mackey’s “DAMN!” with the percussion ensemble, the Sinfonia bassists sounded great on a varied and deceivingly tricky program, and @jared.reinard was on point for some very unique parts and roles with Wind Ensemble. Way to go, everyone! 💙💪🏻

My favorite frames from my favorite summer ❤️

As tour ends and I’m forced back into the real world, I’m reflecting on this summer and how much I’ve grown. Thank you, Spartans, for the best introduction to DCI I could’ve asked for. I’ve gone places (literally and metaphorically) I’d never dreamed of, and the fact that I started this journey just over a year ago and this is where I am already is truly amazing.

This summer has inspired me, both by watching the incredible grit and determination of the corps and by pushing me to new heights.

Thank you, Spartans, for being my biggest cheerleaders and supporters.
Thank you, @spartans_colorguard , for letting me raid your dance sessions 💃🏻
Thank you to the food staff for always working the hardest and being everyone’s temporary parents on tour.
And thank you, @cfqphotos for being my rock pushing me to create photos rather than take them.

See you next summer!
RRC ❤️🖤

What can I say…

The expectations I had at the start of the season were completely exceeded by all the amazing people I marched with and was taught by at the Spartans this season. I want to thank everyone involved for making this season so enjoyable and teaching me so many invaluable lessons. This last summer has changed me in so many good ways and I will never forget that.

So once again, thank you ❤️
