This week for leg day we challenged ourselves with weights we usually are hesitant to pick up. We’re trying to teach our body to make that adaption to lifting heavier than usual while also focusing on our breathing and form.

If you to want to tighten up your body by lifting heavy and learn the correct form dm me “Brag Different” to start your journey.

And we are back with "Where's Our N-Sis Now" series!💜

This week we are starring Jada Arrington
Jada is a Georgia Southern Alumni who studied Nursing.

She was initiated into the sisterhood in Fall 2019. She served as Community Service Chair from Fall ‘20-Spring ‘21. She joined the organization because she wanted a sisterhood with women that looked just like her and had similar goals/aspirations. When joining she met so many amazing women and friends that were already apart of the organization which made it very welcoming.

Jada is currently a Registered Nurse at a level 3 Neonatal Care Unit at Grady Memorial Hospital and has been a RN for a year now! She will be graduating this week from her residency program. She plans on traveling out the country next month for her 24th Birthday! 🎉

Advice from Sister Jada:
"Do what makes you happy! Don’t wait until tomorrow either or what your friends and family think. Stop waiting on others approval because at the end of the day it’s about what makes YOU happy”

Jada, we would like to thank you so much for participating in this week's "Where's Our Sis Now?" We continue to wish you well and to prosper in anything you aspire to! 💜

New year, new nurses, new opportunities for reform. Our number one slot could only be our members who have recently completed their Bachelors of Science in Nursing. We are beyond thrilled and proud of their accomplishments.

Join us in congratulating Jordan Harris, Jada Arrington, and Krystal Denson 🎉

Jordan: One quote that has helped me get through nursing school is “How bad do you want it?”

“Although it was tough and at times I wanted to quit, I’m so glad I stuck with it and I am happy to one day be an operating room nurse. I have big dreams of becoming a doctor!
I’m excited for what’s to come in my future as a professional nurse. And for all of the pre-nursing and nursing students, never lose sight of your ‘why’. Additionally, don’t be discouraged by your setbacks on your journey to become a registered nurse because one day you WILL get there!”

Jada: One quote that has helped her get through nursing school is, “No weapon that is formed against thee shall prosper; and every tongue that shall rise against thee in judgment thou shalt condemn. This is the heritage of the servants of the LORD, and their righteousness is of me, saith the LORD.” Isaiah 54:17
“I can definitely say I went through many trials and tribulations this semester but in the end God showed me what was of him, and what is not and now I’m on the road to everything I dreamed of!”

Krystal: One quote that has got me through it all is “Be willing to do what’s hard now to enjoy what’s beautiful later.” -Robin Sharma
