First project in the 📚 books sold! On to the next ➡️. Started from a mentorship with @aeinvestors_ who then introduced me to my gc @mkdevelopmentgrp, I partnered up with a private investor and we took off from there! I feel like the hardest part was getting started, stuck in the analysis paralysis. I wanted to get my feet wet and took on a lot I knew wouldn't give me much ROI but I wanted the experience and boy it feels good!💃 I will continue learning and keep on building 👷‍♀️🙏.

1% Club.

We’re just a group of men meeting in the garage, putting the work in and trying to get better every day.

We all come from different backgrounds and we are all in different stages of life. Some of us are married. Some are single. Some are dating. Some are fathers and some are not.

But every time we get together, we push each other to be better.

Better physically. Better mentally. Better spiritually.

And no matter how hard we work, we always make sure we close out in prayer and give God the glory.

I’ve realized that building a business, building a marriage, and building a family have a lot in common.

None of them grow on autopilot.

They all require sacrifice.
They all require communication.
They all require choosing to stay committed when things get hard.

As I’ve gotten older, I’ve realized that success isn’t measured by what you build. It’s measured by who you get to build it with.

The weight of a dream is real. It comes with long days, difficult decisions, uncertainty, and moments where you question whether you have enough left to give. But I’ve learned that the right people don’t just celebrate the vision. They help carry the weight of it.

Looking through these pictures reminds me that every milestone, every lesson, and every blessing has been shared with my wife, my family, and friends who have prayed for us, challenged us, celebrated with us, and stood beside us through every season.

The projects will eventually be finished. The deals will close. New goals will replace old ones.

But the marriage you build, the family you pour into, and the relationships you protect are the things that truly last.

I’m grateful for every person in these photos. Thank you for reminding me that legacy isn’t built alone. It’s built together.

What time to be an ATL resident!! ⚽️

Just like that, the @fifaworldcup has ended with a triumphant victory for Spain, and as expected @fwc26atlanta exceeded all expectations as a host city!

Overnight, the @cityofatlantaga became Americas melting pot, as tourist from all over the world poured into our kind community and fell in love with our food, culture, and energy.

Lastly, I am proud to say that I saw Spain, during the ATL premiere & then returned to see Argentina for the ATL finale. Both teams fought very hard for the title, but Spain fought just a tad bit harder. Who knew it would even be them at the end of it all? I had my money on Cabo Verde!!

Memories and history have both been made and I am proud to share with my kids someday that I was a part of it.

Having only one exit is not a strategy…

It’s important to have an understanding of the current market we’re in and how to navigate it.

The exit strategy should be identified before you break ground because it will guide and dictate all the decisions you make throughout the entire development process.
