To our first fruit, the one God sent ahead, our precious gift, our Princess Thrive.

You are not here by chance; you are chosen, set apart, and filled with wisdom beyond your years. Watching you grow has been one of the greatest blessings of our lives. Every day, you remind us of God’s goodness, His faithfulness, and His love.

Daddy and I are deeply grateful that God trusted us with you. You have brought so much joy, light, and purpose into our world and we are so proud of the beautiful person you are becoming.

As you step into this new chapter, we pray it marks the beginning of greater heights, abundant grace, and endless possibilities. May your life always reflect God’s glory and may His hand continually guide and protect you.

We love you more than words can ever express, Itohan Àánúolúwapòsimi Ôniolúgbèéìte 💖💖💖💖💖💖💖💖💖💖🌟

Grateful Girl at 40💖

It’s taken me over six months to post this. Of course I’m most grateful (durh), but omo, life been life-ing. Basically, forty years leading up to this.

I’ve never really been the party lover for myself but I think I kinda had an idea what I wanted my fortieth to be. Nothing major, just me and my loved ones, a few tears of joy, some surprises or me acting surprise (sha one or the other)…. I really just wanted to chill.

I remember my mums fortieth clearly. I looked up the pictures recently and I was just in awe of how older we were at her age. Since the beginning of the year, few fellow 1984 babies have been celebrating (make that a lot of us) and I see great accomplishments in their careers, finances, personal lives…
And there I was still struggling to build my tailoring business as I had to pause business again while pregnant, barely teaching fashion, pausing it all again, changing diapers, breastfeeding all night, barely sleeping, changing zipcode, restarting life and just questioning everything.

But then, I looked at my life and I’m not exaggerating this but I have a beautiful life (I can’t swear but you get the picture). I have a great lover and best friend in ‘my man’ (lol I’ve always wanted to use that 🤪). We celebrated our 10th year anniversary in May and I’m like dude…mo love e pa sha. We’ve been through more than something and we staying strong. I have the most precious children. 1,2,3 (smile) Yeah. O shock e mi na😁😁😁.
My children are expressions of Gods love to me. I look at them and I’m like, these Generals get to call me mum. Like Mummy Adejumo says, ‘who dash monkey banana?’ Na grace o.

And my community…uhmmmn my siblings are the best of the best handpicked for me. I love them to stupor🤩🤩🤪. And my friends, my family. There’s no ‘underexplaining’ it, they are rare blessings🌟

So as the year comes to an end and we move into a new dispensation called 2025, I Temitope Oluwatoyin Àgbéké Oluwakemi Antonia Omohafe-Okojesu want to publicly acknowledge God’s love, mercies and grace over me for the past forty years, the next forty years and more (if Christ tarries).

Signed: A June 13 baby always 👸
