My client almost lost his home! It was very emotional for me because I helped Jaquavious get his first Home four years ago and he fell on financial hard times. He was very transparent telling his story today. I’m super proud of him for getting things together. I’m so thankful for Pam for stopping the foreclosure. If you ever find yourself a financial hardship and you own a home, foreclosure is not the only option Call me. I have contacts, I have investors. I have people who can help you get over the hump so that you don’t lose your home or end up on the street. In this case my client had over $50,000 in equity in his home and the lender would not return calls (because they wanted his equity) thankfully Pam stayed on top of them. She put pressure on them. We were able to stop the foreclosure. We got multiple offers after being on the market in one day and ultimately sold the home for cash at value so no money was lost. There’s no such thing as embarrassment when you #ChooseChanning Every client is taken seriously, every deal is taken seriously…today meant a lot to me and I hope if you or someone you know is going through this you learned it doesn’t have to end with you losing your home
