Just discovered one of the secrets to life:
It’s not—do another ceremony
It’s not—go on another retreat
It’s not—buy another supplement
It’s not—take another course or training
It’s not—sit in another circle
It’s not—book another therapy session
It’s not—get the latest and greatest

It’s make 12-year old you or 15-year old you or 24 year-old you or yesterday you happy and proud. Live in a way that your younger self can exhale and enjoy the ride.

You’ve got this.
We’ve got this.

Her-story - His-story - Their-story. The culture we are. The work of leading, listening and understanding nuance. And the cultural voice. What becomes a joining movement, what breaks down the separating force. Join us Magnetic Leadership September 3,4,5th. With @therealkateshela

If you ever forget…

EVERYTHING IS WORKING OUT FOR YOU. 🌞

The closed door.
The unexpected bill.
The person who walked away.
The rejection.
The delay.
The moment that made you ask God, “What is happening?”

You may not understand it while you’re standing in it…

but God has a way of weaving even the confusing parts into purpose.

Every closed door can redirect you toward the door you’re meant to walk through.

Every rejection can make room for the people who have the capacity to stand with you in your next season.

Every hard moment can reveal strength, wisdom, and truth you didn’t know your body carried.

So secure yourself in God.

KING, HE LOVES YOU. 👑
QUEEN, HE LOVES YOU. 👑

And when you forget…

sing it until your body remembers:

EVERYTHING IS WORKING OUT FOR ME.
WORKING OUT FOR ME.
WORKING OUT FOR ME. #spiritandtruth 🌞

Send this to somebody who needs the reminder today.

A JOY to host my girl @kerrydocherty’s first International book event for her epic memoir SELFISH.

It was full-on page turner and relatable on so many fronts, namely: what it really means and what it really costs to tell the truth.

Congrats Kerry! You are incredibly brave and an inspiration, my friend. Y’all, go get her book!

And wow - last night London really felt like home - so grateful to this community of badass women. May this be the first of many gatherings of truthiness, vulnerability, courage, and hilarity.

With all the talk of scaling this and that, never underestimate the power of small intimate gatherings. Living Room parties always were and always will be, the best.

Big love 🪩

Huge thanks to everyone for the support on the Love Is the Answer tour! We launched the podcast & tour blog ahead of North America, so this was our first UK run we’ve covered - and we weren’t sure what to expect. The response has been incredible.

✨Beyond honored to share the practice of @the360emergence . This practice has healed me and held me and shaped and transformed who I am to the core. @thestarhouseboulder is the most epic temple and I am pinching myself knowing that I get to share what I love in this space. Lots of gratitude to my teachers @the360.amberryan and @therealkateshela so happy our paths crossed and I get to spread this amazing practice to others💫 This is only just the beginning and I can’t wait to see where we go and how we grow. 🌱

Save the date! Join us at The Horse Shoe Farm July 17th - 19th for a transformational weekend of dance and magic with Kate Shela.

Over the course of this intimate retreat, Kate Shela invites you into a living, breathing exploration of your body as oracle, artist, and guide.

“We are not who we think we are.

We keep forgetting.

This is the magic trick.
We are the magic.
We are technicolor, multi-dimensional beings.
Our body is the original magic.
We dance to remember.
Miracles can happen on the dance floor.
Ask your body and you shall receive.
No gimmicks or tricks.
No rabbits from hats.
No scarves or cards.
Simply embodied magic as our poetic pathway.”

So grateful for @therealkateshela and my beautiful dance community @deepdancela 🙏🏻 It’s hard to describe Kate without saying that she’s magical and shamanic. I’ve never met a DJ / dance facilitator like her. Profound healing and introspection. Going to her ‘dance’ events isn’t just dancing, it’s healing somatic movement... and the cheapest therapy in Los Angeles. I love this sweet, potent, and powerful sister and will invite more of you next time she’s here. #dance #healing #somatic #therapy #losangeles
