Lately, running has been my therapy, so I randomly decided to add a half marathon to this year’s goals. 🏃🏾‍♂️

Started a structured training plan with @runna, and now I’m bringing y’all along for the journey.

Feels good to challenge myself, cook some miles and clear my mind. 🏃🏾‍♂️🔥

Let’s see where this takes me. 👀

As we count down to the 1-year anniversary of Darwin this Friday (March 20), we’re celebrating the incredible cast who brought this story to life and the amazing things they’ve been doing since. 🎬

We’re also officially opening up the 1500 Entertainment archives, starting with Darwin, to revisit the journey, share special moments, and celebrate its impact.

Danielle LaRoach continues to make major moves — from attending the NAACP Image Awards to starring in Christmas by Design (BET+), and she’s also preparing for her directorial debut.

Lionel Johnson Jr. has been making waves as Trent Rocker in the BET+ original War Dawgz, and is set to star in the upcoming film Lowndes Country.

Keraun Harris continues expanding his acting career with roles in Deb Is Boss (ALLBLK) alongside Lil Mama, LisaRaye McCoy, and Clifton Powell, as well as Becky 2: Blood & Tears with Ebony Tates & Larissa Dali and Wild Rose (ALLBLK).

Martin Bats Bradford stars in Identity Safe alongside Trina LaFargue, with more on the way that Darwin fans will want to keep an eye out for, and he’s also been performing in live theater, further honing his craft on stage.

Matt Kinback has been focused on what matters most, pouring into his family as a husband and father of two, while staying committed to his fitness lifestyle.

Seeing this cast grow and thrive across film, stage, and life makes the Darwin journey even more special.
If you’ve been loving their work, now’s the perfect time to revisit where it all came together.

Stay tuned all week as we celebrate one year of Darwin. 🪓

#TuesdayGratitude ✨ Grateful for the wonderful turnout at the special screening of UNDERCARD at Morehouse College a couple of weeks ago. The energy in the room and the thoughtful conversation afterward meant a lot.

Thank you to Morehouse and the Morehouse Human Rights Film Festival for hosting such a meaningful evening. 🎬

After opening in 200+ theaters nationwide on February 27, and an Audience Score of 90% on Rotten Tomatoes 🍅, UNDERCARD continues its theatrical run in select markets including Cleveland (OH), Sacramento (CA), Lakewood (near Los Angeles, CA), Hyattsville & Brandywine (Washington, DC), Columbia (SC), and Yakima (WA) — with additional theaters in the works.

And available to rent or buy at home on major platforms starting March 30.
