Never would I have thought that I’d fall in love with running. Through the highs, the lows, and even the injuries that plagued me for nearly half of my high school track career, this sport has given me more than I ever expected. Thank you to all of my teammates and friends who have encouraged me. I wouldn’t be the man I am without your support. Although this chapter is ending, the journey isn’t over. Stay tuned for the next chapter of my running career 😉🏃‍♂️

Thank you to everyone who supported me throughout winter and spring track this year. Especially to my 4x8, my teammates, and my coaches. I had a rough start to winter, and didn’t get to race until the end. Spring went a lot better with big PRs early on, and qualifying for districts at the end. I’m going to miss all of the seniors that made this possible. Thank you everyone for all of the support and memories you have given me.

Spring Track 2026

Though my times may not have been what I wanted, this season was incredible. I wouldn’t trade the memories I made for anything. Thank you to all seniors and everyone else on the team who made this so enjoyable. We were on the road a lot to go to many invites, and those bus/van rides were amazing. Districts didn’t go too well, but we worked hard to make it there. I’m so thankful for this 4x800 team, my coaches, and everyone else around me, and also so proud of everyone who completed.

I’ll never forget this season. Thank you everyone

XC + Winter track

Both not so great seasons, dealing with a lot of injury.
I’m glad to say I did it with the best group of people possible. Even if it wasn’t the best, I’m incredibly grateful for, and proud of all of my teammates and coaches. I really wouldn’t be able to do it without them

This last weekend was a busy one for TRF Athletics.

💥Friday:
Kicked off our first week of Fellowship Fridays. An intentional time where motivated individuals can come together for a group workout and meaningful discussion.

We started it because we know how hard it can be to find like-minded people who are pushing towards their goals. Fellowship Friday is about building that community
(Fridays 9-11)

Sometimes it can be challenging finding like-minded, motivated individuals.

🏃‍♀️Saturday:
We celebrated our 3 year anniversary with a 5k run and BBQ. Huge thank you to everyone who showed up and made it such a great time!

🤼‍♂️Sunday:
Small group Jiujitsu training

We appreciate all of you for supporting the growth of this gym and our tribe. Without you, none of this would be possible. ❤️
