I am a Yoga Instructor!!!

I fell in love with yoga during the pandemic in 2020. It wasn’t just about the asanas (poses) it was more than that. It was how my body and mind felt after a yoga class. I wanted more, I wanted to learn more about the practice and wow, did I learn so much. I’m so grateful for the opportunities that life has given me. Following my heart hasn’t been easy. I learned that following your heart takes courage. Courage to face the unknown, a path that not many take. There is a lot of noise along the way but you must follow your heart, it will not leave you astray. If something is in your heart to do because it brings you joy…do it. Do not let anyone tell you not to. This was the best decision I’ve made along with my coaching certification!

I’ve met the most amazing group of women from many walks of life. We build a bond since the beginning without even knowing. Our spirits were connected. The universe wanted us to met. I know I’m a better person because of each one of them…My soul sisters. Our support system was beyond words.

I feel more connected to myself, my soul and my body.

Our graduation followed by a weekend in Sedona to celebrate and we had the most amazing time.

Celebrate your wins. Celebrate your accomplishments. They are all worth celebrating even the little ones. It took little wins to get here.

Working on launching my coaching and yoga… stay tune for lots of exciting things coming!!

Eek!! I’m a yoga instructor!!! ✨🧡
