Seeing Porter Lee’s listed as a finalist for Best Local Crafter in the @willametteweek is such a huge win for me. 🥹🤗

Of course I had to run out and grab my copy of Willamette Week Best of Portland issue the second it came out. Seeing so many incredible local businesses being celebrated is such a good reminder of what makes Portland so special!! 💖

Thank you to EVERY single person who took the time to vote for us!!! Being recognized alongside so many amazing businesses is something I’ll never take for granted. 🥹😘

🌎 Happy Earth Day! While we should be kind to the earth every day, this is a time to advocate, volunteer, and promote sustainability in our lives and in the way we run our businesses. @solvepnw has numerous opportunities to volunteer for business district clean-ups in Portland and beyond. @birdallianceoforegon has been advocating for our wildlife for more than 100 years and has many ways to get involved. Consider helping restore our urban canopy by planting a tree with @friendsoftrees. In honor of Earth Day, we are highlighting businesses and organizations that incorporate sustainable practices into their operations. ♻️

This is what I feel like today and I will not be elaborating 🙂‍↔️

Espresso, frothy 2%, beet root powder for a lil color (@therealmrefillery), and multiple Dona Spice Dusts (@drinkdona) because we love mixing spices around here. Drippy, but she’s still beautiful.

Be The Change
I may have left my New Year’s resolutions back in January, but my commitment to reducing waste is sticking around.

These three Portland businesses made it feel less about perfection and more about building habits that actually work. Thoughtful systems, beautiful design, and small swaps that fit into real life. Zero waste doesn’t have to be all or nothing — it can be gradual, practical, and even enjoyable.
