Pilates Breath-A-Cizer🌬 The Breath-A-Cizer encourages complete exhalation, improved oxygen exchange, and stronger engagement of the deep abdominal support system. It is often used in private sessions, as part of pre-class preparation, or to reinforce breath mechanics within foundational exercises such as the Roll Up. You may use it open-ended, or use a straw to vary airflow. The Breath-A-Cizer is designed to support focused breath training, allowing teachers to guide its use according to their methodology. (from Gratz Pilates) With consistent practice, users may develop greater breath awareness, more efficient exhalation, stronger respiratory endurance, and a clearer connection between breath and movement. ALYCEA UNGARO JAPAN TOUR 2026 — THANK YOU!

NEXT SUNDAY …. This will be TFT’s 11th flagship fundraising event, my third year teaching for the event, and my 4th year volunteering on TFT’s marketing team! What Melissa Miles has created through @teasersfortatas is beyond just a fundraising event! It’s a soft place for members of this community to land and a place for instructors to learn how to better serve their clients undergoing the mental and physical challenges of breast cancer & treatment. Most importantly, it’s a place where women can feel seen, heard, and believed - something not as familiar to women, especially in medical settings. I hope you’ll join me and this community next Sunday, either in person at @therealpilates for my pilates circuit or online from anywhere for our hybrid mat class! Check the link in my bio for more information on how to register! See you Sunday 10/25! 🩷

Thank you, Osaka!
