Myself and my teammates at NJIT Baseball honoring the brave first responders who gave their lives for the civilians in the World Trade Center Attacks 9/11/2001. I am so proud to be apart a group that can come together and honor those who paid the ultimate sacrifice on one of the darkests days in the history of the United States.
Thanks to all the guys who participated in honoring the fallen police, fire and EMS personnel. We honored FDNY's 343 fallen firefighters, PAPD's 37 fallen police officers and NYPD's 23 fallen police officers.

GOD BLESS AMERICA!

I’m so thankful I chose baseball as the discipline to dedicate most of my life to. Anyone who knows me knows how important this game was to me.

Through all the ups and downs—from my dad coaching my little league teams, to travel ball with my brothers, to JUCO, to COVID canceling seasons, to injuries, personal loss, gap years, and everything in between—baseball always kept me focused, and I’m glad I never lost sight of what I wanted.

All I ever wanted was to play college baseball. It may have taken me longer and been more difficult than it was for others, but sooner or later I got there.

Thank you to everyone who was a part of it (there’s a lot of you—I’m old). It’s been a great ride.

Congrats to @mercyubaseball senior Samuel Gil who has set a new program record with his 11th career save in tonight's game-one win at STAC! Gil surpasses the previous record of 10 saves set by Andrew Hernandez in 2021.
