I don't know who needs to hear this...... but what I do know is that I need this for myself..... In my helplessness, I hope to help someone else, because I know now that I'm not alone.
Many of us battle with mental issues, and not just because of Covid but it would have been there even before. Because the world stopped, it didn't mean that our minds stopped with it. But instead the exact opposite for those of us who constantly overthink about everything in our lives... whether it be work, school, family, business, church whatever it is.
For those of us when everything stopped, a box was formed with uncontrollable limitations, something we weren't accustomed to. Not being able to put our energies and thoughts and minds into creating distractions, creating ways to cope, finding ways to not have to think about our many responsibilities that we faced on a daily basis.
What I can say is that it is still a learning process for me because I've always been the strong one to everyone, the independent one.... the one shoulder for everyone else..
But sometimes being vulnerable is OK.
Letting it out is OK.
Talking to someone is OK.
Asking for help is OK.
Taking a step back is OK.

Do whatever you need to do to be a better version of you.

I just wanted to encourage anyone who may be dealing with stuff mentally because we know the pandemic is affecting everyone physically, financially, socially, economically, but this message is especially for those of us that battle Mentally.
I KNOW IT MAY BE HEAVY, but I pray for you, just as I pray for myself that you find PEACE within your Heart, that resonates deep within your Soul that would lift your Spirit to the Highest you've ever been.🙏

TAG THAT FRIEND THAT YOU KNOW MAY BE STRUGGLING.
