So here we go,my whole brand is about being transparent so let’s have a transparency moment. So let’s be honest I don’t look the best in this video but I 100% feel it And that’s all that matters. This is usually how I look after a nice meal and I’m not always the happiest about it so I will be getting rid of it but during this journey I want to learn to love my body at each and every stage and I hope this inspires you to do the same 🫶🏾 • • • • • • • • • • • • #zooda #transparency #bodypositivity #loveyourself #fitnessjourney

Hey guys so if you know me I’ve been active my whole life.As I get got into adult hood I struggled with self motivation because I was so used to sports keeping me in shape and now I struggled with being consistent and having a routine of my own.Back in 2019 I had a stroke which not only effected my physical health but definitely effected my mental health and confidence in the gym.Now I’m ready to take my fitness journey seriously. On this journey I don’t just want to get fit but also want to be fine and confident in the body that God gave me and while working on the body that I want❤️
