Ok, I’m really strict about this in class… SLOW IT DOWN. Hold the movement and feel the connection 💪🏻 One of the biggest misconceptions about Pilates is that harder is always better. In reality, some of the biggest changes happen when you slow down. When you stop rushing through the movement, focus on your alignment and really connect to the muscles you’re trying to work, everything changes. More isn’t always more. Slow down. Do it properly. ✨ That’s where the magic happens. #pilates #reformerpilates #pilatesinstructor

I used to think feeling strong meant pushing harder. More intensity. More time. More effort. But actually… I feel strongest when I slow things down. When I move with control. When I focus on form. When I give myself even just 10–20 minutes to reset. That’s where the shift happens, not just physically, but mentally too. Calmer. Clearer. More grounded. This is how I build strength in both body and mind. If you need that space too, you can find it in my mat Pilates app @thereformer.co or join me on retreat 🤍 #pilates #wellness #pilatesinstructor #pilatesretreat

What I can’t get enough of in the studio this week… The slow burn. The deep connection. That strong, wrapped, corset feeling through the core. Not gripping. Not rushed. Just properly connected movement that you really feel. I’ve been quietly filming something special around this too 👀 More soon. Save this if your core needs some love 🤍 Comment below if you’d like a mat pilates alternative 💫 #pilates #pilatesinstructor #reformerpi̇lates #reformer #reformerpilatesinstructor
