Pilates is about more than just completing the reps. It’s about understanding the movement, controlling your body, and building strength with intention.

A few things to pay attention to during your next session:
• Breathing: Keep your breath flowing instead of holding it during challenging movements.
• Alignment: Notice your posture and avoid unnecessary tension in your shoulders.
• Control: Focus on both the movement and the return.
• Precision: Prioritize good technique over rushing through repetitions.
• Mind-body connection: Be intentional about how your body moves.

• Tried Pilates & Aerial at Reform and had way too much fun 😂💜
Looks graceful until you actually have to do it 😭 Definitely harder than it looks, but such a fun experience. 🧘🏻‍♀️
