I enjoyed this breakfast so much, I had it 𝐓𝐖𝐈𝐂𝐄 while visiting Isle of Palms! 🤭

𝐖𝐡𝐚𝐭 𝐈 𝐭𝐫𝐢𝐞𝐝:

🥞 𝐒𝐮𝐫𝐟𝐞𝐫 𝐁𝐨𝐝 𝐏𝐚𝐧𝐜𝐚𝐤𝐞𝐬 (gluten-free almond oat pancakes with almond milk and vanilla, topped with fresh berries)
🍳 𝐑𝐞𝐟𝐮𝐠𝐞 𝐎𝐦𝐞𝐥𝐞𝐭𝐭𝐞 (peppers, onions, ham, and cheddar cheese)
🥔 𝐇𝐚𝐬𝐡 𝐁𝐫𝐨𝐰𝐧𝐬
🍵 𝐌𝐚𝐭𝐜𝐡𝐚 (made with almond milk)

As someone who’s tried a lot of gluten-free pancakes, these were definitely different! They had more of a nutty, hearty texture rather than the typical pancake texture, but I actually didn’t mind it at all.

I also asked about the grits and potatoes, and they recommended the hash browns as the best gluten-free option due to the broth used in the grits and how the potatoes are prepared. I always appreciate when a restaurant can answer gluten-free questions and help guide me to the safest options.

𝐀𝐧𝐝 𝐭𝐡𝐚𝐭 𝐦𝐚𝐭𝐜𝐡𝐚? 𝐎𝐧𝐞 𝐨𝐟 𝐭𝐡𝐞 𝐛𝐞𝐬𝐭 𝐈’𝐯𝐞 𝐡𝐚𝐝! ✨ @therefugeiop

I’ve been trying to make healthier choices lately, and this breakfast definitely kept me full and satisfied. I’d happily go back for a third visit!
