Dear business owners How are you? Like really really really❀️ I just want to encourage someone this night. I can imagine many of us will be behind our laptops or computers or even with pen and paper. But my dear colleagues, complaints, lamentations, fretting, anxiety , curses, anger etc has not given us the desired results thus far. So why continue? REST IN GOD.....Let HIM steer the wheels. Remember, He can only steer the wheels if He's in total control of the drivers seat!!! Good night besties

Good morning, lovers❀️ A very very very short highlight summary of our day yesterday as a brand. THANK YOU IBADAN .......the orders choke sotey we had to beg for oxygennnnnnnπŸ’ƒπŸ’ƒπŸ’ƒπŸ’ƒπŸ’ƒ We offered amazing value for money and you all hugged them with your full chestttttttt AHHHHHπŸ™ŒπŸ™ŒπŸ™ŒπŸ™ŒπŸ™Œ I want to shout out to an amazing team that HELD IT DOWN.....the pressure was A LOT... but they graciously went about it. For us, aside from the curated valentine orders , we had plenty of last-minute orders and then the usual café orders raised to power promax!!!!! Some of the deliveries I had to do myself so that we won't still be delivering till late in the night. Hard girl in the mud o cos when I finally got home... I told oga" biko make we shift Valentine's dinner to weekend....sebi Valentine's is kuku every day "πŸ₯ΉπŸ˜…πŸ€£πŸ€£πŸ€£πŸ€£ How was your own valentines day lovers?

The top of my list this year when I was writing out my vision board has to be Buying Nigeria, adding Monday to the weekend and of course printing my own currency. If that is not too big then you can join me in the Affirmation πŸ™ˆπŸ˜Ž. I had a very impactful session at the vision board & Manifest 2024 with @ronkegiwa1. I am a big fan of write down your goals and plan for them so this event is really important to me. I met amazing folks and I learnt a-lot from them. Thank you Aunty Ronnie @ronkegiwa1 for the tasty Rice, small chops and cold zobo alongside all the life lessons that money cannot buy.

I have gotten quite a number of DMs literally asking me to talk more about my weight loss journey.....all over againπŸ˜…πŸ˜…πŸ˜… and was further inspired by @reset_yg when she shared her journey. By the way...she killed it😍😍😍😍. I'm very proud of all the bodies i have been in. No Cap WHY?? Because she gave me the strength to forge ahead with all of my goals and aspirations.❀️πŸ₯Ή It's been a journey of consistency, tenacity, and God's grace, which was what inspired Nature's Treats Cafe when our clients we had helped to lose weight needed a go-to. I have found my own rythym and still striving to be better as my body is changing with age etc The lifestyle you choose is important, and for the healthy one, it needs consistency. Hence, needs to be sustainable and realistic. JUST DO ITβœ…οΈ #weightlossjourney #wellness #lifestyle #viralreels #healthyliving

E choke o my people..... Everyone is trying to cope by stretching and doing what they can. Yesterday, the kids wanted dinner of chicken burgers and fries from KFC and chicken bucket and ice cream from CR. Generally, both are our go-to for fast food every once in a while, and we sorta know what to expect. The grub arrived, and I was looking for the fries πŸ₯ΉπŸ₯ΉπŸ˜…πŸ˜…πŸ˜…πŸ˜…. Like they had to reduce the portion drastically to cope whilst the other one the icecream wasnt icecreaming at all...... Omo!!! I wasn't even upset....infact I was filled with empathy because I gerrit. How are we all doing? Inflation is insane and power has been nothing to write home about. My diesel costs this January alone ehnn.... It will all end in praise πŸ™πŸ™πŸ™ #motivation #instadaily #igers #instagood #photooftheday #trending #explorepage #viral #foodentrepreneur

πŸ‘€πŸ‘€πŸ‘€πŸ‘€ EVEN THOUGHHHHHHH ahn ahn Are we aware, though, that to loose weight and maintain your weight, it's 80% nutrition? Literally, what you put in your mouth. So you can literally be this extreme in the gym, and your diet will still have you overweight!!!! You can't outrun a bad diet.....nope you can't o. A fit body starts from what you put in your mouth regularly. Utilize this fasting period. Cleanse your body and soul....break with healthy and nutritious food from @naturestreatscafe and thank us later. Start with the fresh juice on your empty stomach.... Your skin, organs and joints will thank you
