The keys to melting away stiffness, soreness and discomfort in the upper back/neck/shoulders are not force and continuous deep tissue techniques in my experience.

They are:

🌿Building trust with the Nervous System & The Whole Person
🌿Invite passive dynamic movement back into all the surrounding structures involved-what I call Dynamic Relaxation
🌿 Variety of pressures-gradually warming up the tissues.
🌿 Consistently adapting to what is needed throughout the entire session- the session is fluid

I Return to the Moon to regenerate in stillness and silence. I heal my muscles when I rest under the cloak of night.

The Return to The Moon blend brings the deep pain support your muscles and joints crave after strain.

The potent analgesic, anti-inflammatory properties of rosemary, bay laurel, lavender with a dash of bergamot for nervous system support soothe your tired muscles and speed up the regeneration process.

This is a custom blend which means that the essential oils used might differ depending on the time of your order. However it will always stay true to the essence of the Moon 🌙✨🌙

Ready to Return to the Moon?

Made by me with clean therapeutic essential oils sourced from Florihana (France) and sold as a therapy enhancement and post treatment balm at The Return Space.

My heart felt light and ready for those who were called to join me at The Return to Connection last night🌷🌹🌷

Right before they arrived I felt deep appreciation for the privilege to create beauty and heart spaces for people to feel nourished and refreshed.

The evening felt like spanding time with kindred spirts-like old friends. Like a sweet rose and flower essences dancing in the air🌷

Deeply touched and grateful for this First Edition of The Return to Connection in my own space and for those who attended with such presence, grace and love✨🌷🌹 @thereturnspace

I felt inspired to create a soirée, an evening of intimate togetherness. An invitation to being to quench the silent echoing thirst for real connection in times we are more distracted and “connected” than ever.

A longing we may not even consciously recognize, one that perhaps disguises itself as creative stagnation, restlessness, frustration or lack of direction.

My vision for the night is an invitation to reconnect with our humanness, to slow all the way down, to just be- together in presence, awaken the senses of the body through simple joys like tea, chocolate and other simple practices, and return to the inner intelligence held within the body.

The Evening will close with a Live Sound Therapy journey where participants will be invited to lie down, rest deeply and integrate the experience together.

Tentative Flow of the Evening:
* Arrival + Settling In
* Soul inquiry + reflection
* Sensory tasting practices
* Presence + grounding
* Live sound therapy
* Deep rest + integration

I envisioned this event as a gift to the community so money is not the main focus however if you feel called to offer something in return a “pay what you can” type of donation is welcome🎁

If you wish to attend and can’t afford to pay anything then please bring a prayer as a gift🙏🏻

Please DM me if you’re interested🌷🪻🌷

In the Garden I remember the cycles of life, the surrendering to what is and the peace of God.

I remember the wonder and the joy of my Soul, whole as it’s always been rising with the aromas of sweet flowers, sun kissed grass, rain washed soil and……I am home🌿

Return to The Garden evokes the relief your soul and nervous system feel when stepping into a Wild Garden.

The aromas of lavender, chamomile, neroli, flowers, jasmine or sweet marjoram soothe your frazzled nerves, encourage the production of feel good chemicals in the brain and offer emotional support.

This is a custom blend which means that the essential oils used might differ depending on the time of your order. However it will always stay true to the essence of the Garden🪻🌷🪻

I’ve started recording my case studies years ago in the clinical environment as I began to observe the powerful effects of Sound Therapy combined with Massage Therapy on my clients✨🎼
🪉🪈🪘

Many people are remembering Sound as the medicine of the past and of the future and I am fortunate and blessed to be one of the sound custodians to bring it into the clinical care.

I hope that sharing some of my case studies invites you to explore it for yourself at The Return Space💎

Thank you @peterarcari.sound for challenging me to bring what I learned during your Transformational Sound Therapy Program into the clinical environment and to explore my gifts and my love for music in a new way🙏🏻

A student said something to me this week that made me laugh… and also feel deeply seen.

She said:
"This is actually spiritual work. You're like a Singing Witch."

I’ve probably been a little shy about naming that part of what I do.

Yes, we improve breath, tone, pitch and vocal freedom.

But what matters most to me is something deeper:
that you feel safe, connected to your soul, and free to sing from that place.

When that happens, the voice opens in ways technique alone never could.

✨

I work with a small number of private students at a time, and a couple of spots have opened up.

Toronto – Annex studio
$150 / session
$650 for a 5-pack

DM me “soul singing”
if this resonates and you’re ready to unlock your true voice.

You know those common things you hear from some message therapists when you go in for your session especially when it comes to “breaking tension,stiffness/knots”?

“This will hurt but it’s for your own good and it will feel better later”

I say

🌊“I will move your body a little bit to invite fluidity, openness and range of motion back in and it will feel good the whole time”

and

💗”I will make sure I do everything in a way that will allow you to soften and your nervous system to feel safe so the healing can being”

🪷Massage doesn’t have to hurt in order for it to be effective.

At The Return Space feeling safe and cared for is always a living pulsing rhythm that guides the music of every session💞

POV: Preparing the room for my clients and our sessions together is not just about setting up the massage table✨🪷✨

For me it is about:

🕯️Lighting the candles
🪷Clearing the room from residual energies to start anew
🪻Spray Aroma Mist Essential oils in the air to welcome Nature In (if the clients I am about to see have no sensitivities to oil/smoke)
🪉Choose the right music for the session to carry us
✨ Last but not least I take deep breaths and say a little prayer

At The Return Space what happens before and after the session is as important as the session itself✨

I call it Dynamic Relaxation ✨🪻✨

One of my clients told me it describes my style/work perfectly 🪷

I find that releasing tension in the muscles alone is not as effective as inviting movement and fluidity back into the joints where muscles attach to.

In this video Global Hip/Low Back Decompression

It helps:

🪷 Soothe & Restore The Nervous System
🌾 Relieve Muscles Tension More Effectively
🌿 Brings Nutrients & Blood Flow to The Joints
✨ Restore Mobility Where It Is Needed
🫧 Disolve Stiffness
🌊 Prevent Injury & Remember Full Body Connection

At The Return Space 🧡
