Our Road Trip celebrating our 2nd Anniversary: 11 days in late June. A big loop of the Southwest. LA, Zion, Moab, Vail, Denver, Colorado Springs, Taos, Santa Fe, Kingman, and back home to Monrovia. We loved it! We saw so much we hadn’t seen. It whetted our appetite for more! So much more!! Thank you, Tom and Kris Stoever, for showering us with generosity for 3 days in Denver, and to Carl Brackpool for treating us to breakfast in Colorado Springs. Here’s the whole thing condensed into 90 seconds.

My first Int'l Film Festival, my first "Filmmaker/Artist" badge, my first red carpet interviews! A great experience. I was seriously worried that my uprez transfer for a theatrical screening would magnify the technical flaws to an embarrassing degree. But it didn't. Things held up! This amazed me since I shot half the film on my iPhone! I learned a lot by seeing it that size and in front of an audience for the first time. The laughs it got were in all the right places. Dylan Wittrock, Ted Michaels, Kate Duffy, Meghan Kathleen -- you guys were great! Thanks especially to my best gal Thereze Berquist and long time friend Charlotte Juanita Miller for providing so much support. On to the next!
