@westernwellness.socialclub in LA 🤎 where wellness meets a little cowboy energy 🤠🐎 Spent the day petting horses, taking an ice plunge, trying healthy snacks + probiotic sodas, grabbing pizza & açai bowls, shopping local vendors, line dancing, listening to live music, and doing wellness the western way

Wow! I know I’m a little late to the party but can I just tell you how much fun I had at the East Los Book Festival?! Aurora, thank you so much for everything! Also, thanks to my amazing sister @boyce_al, for being my promotion manager and to my mom for supporting me and keeping me company! I met some new friends @aida_writes @cindymontenegro @latinxparenting @katbaggins @theroamingbower and signed lots of books! I hope I get invited again next year.❤️

Horses, flowers, muddy boots, good people, and doing the things I LOVE with the ONES I love.

Rain or shine, I’m learning that the life we’re creating is really about tending to the well within. Because when we take the time to come back to ourselves, there’s so much more to pour into the people, places, and things we love.

Thank you to everyone who still came out in the rain for a little movement, some sound, reiki & community connection on the ranch!

Feeling extra grateful for this little life and the beautiful community growing around it. 🐴🙏🏼💫
(And I think Mikey had the lost fun out of everyone coming to work with Mama)

ngl, I woke up in a full blown panic at 5:30am because while I didn’t plan on Miss Hurricane Marie deciding she wanted to join us. 😂🌧️

Hold Your Horses looked a little different than we planned, but somehow watching everyone roll with it, move together, meet new people + spend the morning at the ranch made this one feel extra special. 🤍@soulspacewithmel led us through a beautiful yoga flow + sound bath with the sound of rain hitting the barn 🥹

A huge thank you to @beautyofjoseon_official for joining us and treating our community to a little skincare + SPF love

And also to @eatlovebird + @elmhurst1925 for keeping everyone fueled with our complimentary cereal bar. 🥣
