On a retrouvé une pellicule qui traînait dans le fond d’un tiroir… du coup on s’est dit que c’était l’occasion de vous partager ces archives, prises lors de notre mission pour Spa Grand Prix cet été dernier. 🏁

Des photos de la Team, beaucoup au travail (à la fois dans notre mini bureau et sur le terrain) - parfois, pendant les pauses.

We survived.
Gathered a crack team of 15 inglorious bastards. Dove headfirst into the chaos of the Spa Grand Prix 2024. Delivered hundreds of pieces of content for social media like a bunch of caffeinated cowboys. Made some jokes with fans and lots more with the team. Played Connect 4 with Lando and Checo (because why not). Managed the event’s various accounts in real-time like a conductor. Threw everything we had at this beast of an event.

Manual on How to Survive:
👉 Use the pressure to push the team to its creative limits, because that’s where the magic happens.
👉 Don’t feel guilty about the typo in that 96th story.
👉 Find a creative approach for each reel and post.
👉 Be open-minded and accept that your idea might not be the best.
👉 Use collective intelligence.
👉 Take risks.
👉 Use sunscreen but be prepared to grab your raincoat at any moment.
👉 Assume the audience is smart, or you’ll end up doing shitty work.
👉 Remember the compliments in the comment section, forget the insults.
👉 Don’t stop because one person out of 100,000 didn’t get the joke.
👉 Enjoy the adrenaline rush of finding a great idea.
👉 Work with passion.
👉 Accept doubt, but only for 10 minutes max.

A massive thank you to the organizers of the @spagrandprix for their trust. It’s a luxury to work with such autonomy and confidence from management. This trust is a pressure we put on ourselves to be worthy of it.

Finally, this year’s team was pure gold. You guys are the real MVPs. Skills, creative spirit, and camaraderie. Not everyone can keep the good vibes going while editing at 1 AM or during the race-day rush.

These experiences are why we chose this job.
