Let’s talk about detachment. Not running related today but had some thoughts on my mind and I thought I’d share.

Take a minute to let a thought cross your mind. Then imagine yourself sitting besides or even behind your physical self, just observing your current self having that thought. It’s a wild concept but we always have that as an option.

With mindfulness practices you can get better at recognising and not immediately responding to thoughts that overwhelm you. You can just watch yourself experience these thoughts without allowing them to mean anything.

Gymorning GRWM 💫

I was so determined to get to the gym in the morning because I want it to be part of my routine. In order to do this, I just had to turn up despite my excuses! 😡

If I can do it, I know you can!

What 1 thing do you want to add into your morning routine? 👇🏽
