In honor of National cinnamon roll day yesterday, I baked them in cookie form! I brought them to a family dinner & everyone loved them! They were pretty simple to make & took me a little less than 2 hours.

Polvorones or S’more cookies are doing to have to wait a week…..couldn’t let my lemons or shredded coconut go to waste.

These Lemon Coconut White Chocolate cookies from Brooke at The Salted Sweet are bright, and have a great texture with the shredded coconut. I’d take even more lemon flavor for sure, but happy to squeeze in another summer cookie before we shift to fall for good

Happy Cookie Tuesday, friends!
