I realised recently that many people who follow Less Is Maur know me through one thing, but not necessarily all the others.

Some know me as a Pilates instructor.
Others know me as a dancer.
Some know me from teaching in universities, judging competitions, choreographing productions, directing creative projects, hosting events, or occasionally stepping in front of a camera.

The truth is, movement has been at the centre of everything I’ve done.
For years I’ve been building skills across performance, education, choreography, mentorship and wellbeing. Less Is Maur has become the place where all of those experiences come together.
I’m incredibly proud of the work I’ve done so far. Not because of titles or qualifications, but because each opportunity has taught me something valuable that I can now share with others.

Whether you’re here for Pilates, dance, creativity, community or simply curiosity, thank you for following along.
