If you’re wondering where to find me when I’m not showing houses… this is a pretty solid starting point Coffee in hand, trying to squeeze in a surf, stopping at a farm for “just a few things,” and somehow making dinner plans before I’ve finished breakfast. My current Jersey Shore rotation has a little of everything: coffee shops I keep coming back to, Pilates, local seafood, long walks in Bay Head, and some stained glass time when I finally sit still. And yes, we’re still getting in the ocean. The wetsuits just get thicker 🤙🏼 Being able to go from the beach to a pumpkin patch, then meet friends for dinner at one of our favorite local spots? A pretty good reminder of why I love living here. Save this for the next time you’re deciding where to go, and tell me YOUR favorite local spot below. I’m always up for adding another stop to the rotation 👇🏼 🍂 Comment FALL and I’ll send you my free Jersey Shore Fall Guide with local events, seasonal favorites, and plenty of reasons to get outside. I’m @jerseyshorejulie, your Jersey Shore local and Real Estate Consultant, sharing the places that make living here so good. 🏡 #jerseyshore #jerseyshoreliving #jerseyshorerealtor #coastallifestyle #fallattheshore

Fridays belong to the boys. 🤍 This week, Matt took the day off for some proper family time and surprised the boys with a trip to the aquarium. A morning full of things to discover, swings beside the water, and a long lunch overlooking the fishing boats. I've always wanted to keep Fridays free for as long as I can. One extra day each week to follow their curiosities, find a little adventure, and enjoy this chapter of childhood together. Today was just the sort of Friday I had in mind. Even better with Daddy along for the adventure.

Even though summer is over, that don't mean I can't still drive DTS. I started my day by having breakfast at one of my favorite spots @thefoodshacknj as they are winding down their season in the next couple of weeks. For lunch I stopped by @theshrimpbox for the first time to try one of their lobster rolls as it didn't disappoint 😋 Once I was done with my day, I drove into Sea Girt to check out @theblondeshallot to pick up a few things, including the chicken salad I keep seeing on my feed. I sampled it when I got home and it is as delicious as everyone is saying. #jerseyshore #saturday #pointpleasant #seagirt #newjersey

🌊KEEP IT LOCAL. KEEP IT JERSEY SHORE. 🛥There’s something special about watching the Norma K III head through Point Pleasant, a reminder that our Jersey Shore communities are built on hardworking local businesses & generations of tradition. When you dine at The Shrimp Box, as we do, you'll see the local fishing boats go by & enjoy the waterfront view. 💙Please shop small, dine locally, support our fishing boats, marinas, restaurants, shops, musicians & family-owned businesses. Every dollar spent locally helps keep the places we love thriving! ⚓️The Lagoon Ladies believe that when you support local, you’re supporting neighbors, families & the heart of the Jersey Shore. 📍 Point Pleasant Beach, NJ 🎣 Norma K III
