Some weddings leave you speechless, and Tess & Mark’s celebration at Kansas City Country Club was certainly one of them. 🤍

From the cathedral entrance to the caviar bar and string quartet at cocktail hour, every detail felt intentional. Guests entered a stunning reception structure filled with incredible florals, beautiful bars, live music and floating chandeliers that warmed the room with such delight.

The cake, inspired by Tess’s wedding gown, was a magnificent finishing touch. And the celebration continued with an after-party Taco Via station!

Tess & Mark, thank you for trusting me and allowing me to bring this vision to life. I’m filled with gratitude for the opportunity to be part of your story. 🤍

A party supporting women’s health?! 💖 YES, we’ll be there! thanks for the invite @wearenkchealth 🫶

We had the BEST night at Glow All Out with @wearenkchealth ✨this year’s event will help expand NKC Health Women’s Care, increasing access to virtual clinic visits, routine mental health screenings, virtual doula support and coordinated care across providers. This initiative is an investment in the future of families across our region to ensure safer pregnancies, healthier women and stronger babies. (a big HECK YA to that!!! 🎉)

We ate (a lot 🤪), sipped on some wine, danced, played arcade games, listened to some incredible live performances, and watched a DRONE SHOW! Marking my calendar already for next year’s Glow All Out 🗓️

A very traditional couple who gave us the opportunity to do something a little unexpected.

They were married at the Cathedral and celebrated afterward at historic Hibernian Hall, where we wanted the reception to feel different than anything we’d seen in the space before. When Emily and Drew shared that some of their favorite memories together revolve around dining out, we found our inspiration.

We leaned into everything they love about a great restaurant: intimate tables, warm lighting, rich textures, and just enough edge to turn Hibernian into our version of a sexy, swanky steakhouse for the night. Little pieces of their story were tucked in throughout too, including subtle nods to Drew’s family’s love of horse racing.

Traditional at its core, a little unexpected around the edges, and ultimately so very them.

Beyond all the pretty, these two were an absolute joy to celebrate. Watching them experience the weekend we’d spent so much time dreaming up together was the very best part.

Congrats, Emily & Drew!! What a weekend. 🤍
