POV: You turned her first go ’round into a world of carousel magic and childhood wonder. ✨🎠 For Julietta’s first birthday, we wanted every detail to feel soft, whimsical and full of movement — from the carousel horses and layered florals to the blush tones, bows and balloon details surrounding her celebration. There is something so special about designing a child’s first birthday. It becomes one of those moments the family will hold onto through photos, stories and memories for years to come. And this celebration meant even more because it was for our returning clients, Eric & Maria. We are truly so grateful that they continue to think of The Simple Luxe and trust us to be part of such meaningful milestones in their family’s life. Being invited back again and again is something we never take for granted. 🤍 Beyond private celebrations: The Simple Luxe | EVENTS • STUDIO • BUILDS partners with brands, companies, agencies and event teams to bring creative concepts into the physical world. From immersive brand activations and corporate experiences to custom scenic environments, fabrication, installations, photo moments, event styling and large-scale production, our team can take a concept from creative direction through build and onsite execution. Whether we’re designing a first birthday or producing a branded environment, the goal is the same: create something people want to step into, experience and remember. #FirstBirthdayDecor #CarouselBirthday #carouselfirstbirthday #EventProduction #LosAngelesEvents

CUSTOM FABRICATION FOR AN EXPERIENTIAL SUMMER ACTIVATION 🌊☀️ For Kidspace Children’s Museum’s Summer Celebration in Pasadena, our team was brought in by the event planner to fabricate this custom surf-inspired installation—an approximately 10’ wide x 8’ tall scenic structure designed to create an immersive beach-day photo moment for guests. This is where The Simple Luxe Builds comes in. We partner with event planners, creative agencies, brands, museums, and companies as a fabrication and production resource, helping turn creative concepts into physical experiences. Whether you already have the design and simply need someone to build it, or need support developing the concept into something that can actually be fabricated and installed, our team can help. Our fabrication capabilities include custom scenic structures, branded activations, dimensional backdrops, photo moments, props, signage, displays, platforms, specialty builds, and more. And when a project needs the full experience, The Simple Luxe Studio can also handle event design, creative direction, styling, balloons, florals, rentals, signage, fabrication, logistics, and installation throughout Los Angeles and Orange County, with select travel projects available. For Ben’s surprise 50th, we brought the coast to the celebration. 🌊 Inspired by the oceanfront setting, we designed a custom surf-inspired photo moment with hand-painted waves, layered balloon work, dimensional palm details, a personalized “Ben’s Big 5-0” centerpiece, and a custom surfboard marking the milestone. One of our favorite parts of event design is creating something that feels like it truly belongs in the space—not simply adding décor, but designing an experience around the venue, the celebration, and the person being celebrated. From the first sketch to fabrication, styling, installation, and those final details… this is what The Simple Luxe does. ✨ THE SIMPLE LUXE EVENTS • Full-Service Event Design STUDIO • Corporate Events + Brand Activations BUILDS • Custom Fabrication + Scenic Production Los Angeles + Orange County | Select Travel Happy 50th, Ben! POV: the backdrop looks effortless… but the rooftop had other plans. 😂🌊 Ben’s surprise 50th called for a big coastal moment, and this install definitely gave us a few surprises of its own. First: the HEAT. With all the Pacific hurricane activity lately, Southern California has been ridiculously hot, and outdoor installs are no joke. Then add a rooftop restaurant by the beach and, of course, WIND. 💨 Anything we put up there had to be strapped, secured, weighted and then secured some more because the last thing we need is a palm tree trying to leave the party. 😂 This was also our first time installing at this venue, so I very intentionally brought my husband, Scott, along for this one. Perks of owning a creative production company with an engineer for a husband. 😏 I design the crazy things and he makes sure my crazy things stay exactly where I put them. That husband-and-wife combination of creative direction + engineering/fabrication is actually a huge part of what makes The Simple Luxe, The Simple Luxe. We’re constantly designing around real venues, tight load-ins, weather, surfaces, logistics and all the unexpected things you don’t see once the finished photos go up. And in the end… Ben got his surprise, the backdrop stayed put, and this rooftop was ready to celebrate 50. 🌊🏄‍♂️🌴 A huge thank you to Yvonne for trusting us with such a special celebration for her husband. We’re already looking forward to bringing her daughter’s first birthday to life later this year. 🤍 From private event design, styling and planning to custom fabrication, scenic builds, brand activations, company events and immersive experiences, our Events, Builds + Studio teams bring the creative vision and the production behind it. 📍 Los Angeles • Orange County • Southern California DM @thesimpleluxeevents to inquire or visit our website to start your event. #LosAngelesEventDesigner #OrangeCountyEvents #BirthdayPartyDesign #CustomBackdrop #eventproduction

The final design is always beautiful…but the behind-the-scenes? That’s where the real story lives. 😂✨ After six years in business, we’ve learned that no two installations are ever the same. We never quite know what we’ll be walking into—extreme heat, tiny setup spaces, unexpected stairs, curious pets supervising our every move, or one last-minute challenge that keeps us thinking on our feet (these led butterflies had huge wing spans that wouldn’t work with the space so we lit them but turned off the motion 😅). But once everything comes together and we step back to see the finished transformation, it’s always worth it. Every detail reflects the creativity, hard work, problem-solving, and genuine passion we bring to what we do. To our returning clients who continue inviting us back for life’s biggest milestones: thank you for growing with us and trusting our creativity year after year. And to our new clients welcoming The Simple Luxe into your celebrations and events: thank you for choosing us. We truly appreciate every opportunity to bring your vision to life. 🤍 The Simple Luxe specializes in private event design, custom backdrops, scenic fabrication, corporate events, brand activations, trade show displays, branded photo moments, product displays, and immersive event environments throughout Los Angeles and Orange County. Inside Out Takes on London 🇬🇧✨ When our returning client came to us with the vision of combining Inside Out with London, we brought the two worlds together into one custom birthday photo moment for Benji + Shiloh. A larger-than-life London double-decker bus became the foundation of the design, layered with custom character graphics, personalized details and an oversized organic balloon installation in bold red, blue, black + white. This is the kind of project we love — taking a client’s unique concept and translating it through event design, custom fabrication, scenic builds and production to create something completely personalized to their celebration. Through The Simple Luxe Events, Studio + Builds, we create custom experiences for private events, corporate events and brand activations throughout Los Angeles + Orange County, from statement backdrops and photo moments to scenic fabrication, branded displays and full event environments.
