1 year ago today, I auditioned for Thesis.

Little did I know the amazing people I was to spend the next 8 months of my life with forging an experience and product worth remembering for a lifetime. No judge or score could ever come close to defining the legacy we created and the bond we held for ourselves and our community.

Here I am today, wishing I could do it all over again. Unfortunately, due to unforeseen circumstances, Norcal is missing a piece of the indoor drumming community this year.

As the new season emerges with new goals to accomplish, I will not forget the family which took me into their home.

Thesis Percussion had an incredible performance on Thursday Night at WGI World Championships with their 2025 show “Deity”. I remained captivated through the entire show - not only by the performers commitment to the material, but also the stunning visuals and artistic language. I can’t wait until next time I get to see Thesis! The complete album of full-resolution, downloadable photos is available for free at the link in my bio! I do not charge for action shots. If you’d like to leave me a tip, send me a message!

We are the gods now.

Those we worshipped understand that we are novel — new and different deities with a charm never seen before.

Thank you for spending this season with us as we transcended into our own deity.

We’ll meet again.

Love,
Thesis 💡

Didn’t just clean the book, wrote a whole chapter.

Proud of these lads, teaching has been a different world of rewarding. 🙅

We’ve come a long way since the preview show but we can’t help but reminisce the beginnings of our 2025 production — DEITY.
