the dolomites is the place to be @our_retreat 🌙

i couldn’t be more excited to be heading to @naturhotel_luesnerhof in the new year, for my first overseas winter escape, in collaboration with @our_retreat

28th february – 5th march, 2027

we’ll be staying in a sustainable naturhotel tucked into south tyrol, designed & shaped to belong to the land around it. each day, we’ll move and breathe together through intentional yoga, powerful pilates, guided meditation and pranayama.

we’ll brave the ice baths, snowshoe across the mountains and in the spaces between, you’ll get to simply be. read your book, take a bath, enjoy a snooze or indulge in a massage. we’ll spend un-rushed time in saunas & bathhouses and explore forest paths & snowy trails right outside our door 🏔️

the only thing you need to do is say yes!

Moments of joy and happiness in my little life atm 🤎🧚✨

Little things I’m doing to (try to) rest and digest (throwing in a little bit of whimsy) this autumn 🍂

Always find time to move my body (from evening yoga classes to lunchtime walks) ✨

Treating rest as a necessity and not as a treat 🫶🏼

Making slow mornings and non negotiable (even if that means waking up earlier) 🍵

Stopping by galleries I walk past, just because they bring me joy (plus one can dream)

Taking myself on cutesy coffee dates (solo or with friends) x

Buying flowers just because 💐

Having regular dates to debrief on everything that’s going on (or just an excuse to go try some new funky wine)

All in all, doing anything that feels good for you x

That’s all x

THE JOY OF SUMMER 🍋

Join Chloe Baio & Janet Gooding July 3-8, 2027 for a week of sparking joy in Tuscany 🐚

This retreat embodies all things la dolce vita! We’ll spend our days immersed in meaningful movement, nature, Italian culture, great company and of course, aperol spritz… We couldn’t think of a better recipe for joy!

We’ll be staying at the most chic, restored 13th-century villa overlooking the rolling Tuscan Hills. Run by the sweetest family who has been running retreats for decades and you will embrace Italy’s oldest traditions. Think pasta making, wandering through medieval towns, wine tasting, and an afternoon gelato when you’re not lounging by the pool 🌞

You’ll be going on retreat with Chloe & Janet, both leos (iykyk) which means you are going to have the time of your life! The peak of summer in Italy, guiding side by side, is their dream retreat. These two are dedicated teachers, forever students, and truly embody what it means to have a practice rooted in joy.

Friends!!

Join us - me and @train.withtim - for a really special event we’ve been planning, empowered by @lululemon

We’ve come together to celebrate cultural diversity in our community through movement, conversation, and personal reflection.

Our vision is to offer an intimate event designed to cultivate greater connection with the people we share time + space with in class, learn more about each other’s cultures and backgrounds, and think about what makes us feel at home.

We’ll move, share, listen, journal + breathe🧘🏽‍♀️🫂🫁📔

Sunday 18th October | 4-6pm @thespace.bath 🪐

If you’re curious and have questions, please comment or dm.

To book a spot go to the @thespace.bath’s website, tickets are £5 & spaces are limited.

We can’t wait to welcome you 🫶🏽

as the season shifts, so does our energy. summer’s fire softens + autumn invites us to slow the f down, draw inward and make space for what’s next. in traditional chinese medicine, autumn is associated with the metal element, the lungs + large intestine. it’s a season of taking in what we need and letting go of what no longer serves us 🫁🌬️

join me for an extended 90-minute practice to dive deeper into your practice + to prepare (and not resist) the change in season. you can expect meditation, kriya, pranayama and a practice pulling from Katonah Yoga® - in community + at my home from home @thespace.bath 🪐
