A space for community and connection to support our personal and collective evolution

POSTS STORIES REELS TAGGED

Join us for CHAKRA MOVES on 10/30, 6:30 pm @thespacebyevolve. This fully dynamic and somatic practice moves the body, mind and spirit from the ground up. Your body and energy will sink and ground down into the root and earth below, and then journey through the hip and pelvic area, the back,!belly, heart and lungs, move up the chest and shoulders, passing through the neck and throat and head, and then allow that energy to travel out into the heavens above!!! The music is transformative and the practice is too. CHAKRA MOVES is something that needs to be experienced by you, and through your body. It helps to regulate your nervous system, it helps to sleep better, it helps to alleviate the monkey mind, and it is an incredibly fun way to achieve these results!!! So come join and see what you’ve been missing all these years!!! #chakrahealing #chakrabalancing #chakraalignment #chakraaffirmations #chakramoves #lbny #11561

This Sunday 11:30am. Step into a space designed for deep relaxation, connection, and energetic reset.
We begin by grounding into rhythm - a steady heartbeat drum to gently bring everyone into sync... creating a shared energy in the room.
From there, you'll be guided into a meditative state as layers of sound wash over you -
singing bowls, gongs, chimes, and more. 852 W BEECH ST, LONG BEACH, NY. Book your mat at www.thespacebyevolve.com

They enter the room for different reasons.

And they find different things waiting for them there.

Sometimes clarity.
Sometimes release.
Sometimes joy.

Sometimes themselves.

Breathwork Journey (IN-PERSON)

🕢 7:30–8:45 pm
📍 The Space by Evolve — Long Beach, NY

🔗 Register for IN-PERSON Here:
https://www.thespacebyevolve.com/#schedule

A guided session to reset, release, and reconnect. Bring an eye cover, blanket, and an intention.

💭 Looking for a more private experience? I also offer 1:1 breathwork sessions where we can go deeper together.

🌬️ Breathwork can be powerful in shared spaces too — from workplaces to community circles. I love facilitating group sessions that help people pause, breathe, and return to themselves. Reach out if you’d like to bring this experience to your team or community.

Curiosity is a place I often let lead.

What happens if…?
How does it occur?
For what purpose?

And after all the cognitive questions, I come back to the most important part:

What did it actually feel like?

To be in that experience.
To learn.
To grow.
To stumble upon places that might have been ignored if I hadn’t been so curious.

These past few days have been a reminder of how much can open up when curiosity and play are given room to lead.

I wonder where they might take you.
